I need it a phone so this had to do it. There was a few scratches of the phone. I was never told it was refurbished. But it works fine for now.

So far I like it, but too soon to give it a rating. All tech reps were very knowledgable, friendly and super helpful.

Same as the iPhone 10 very disappointing. Would recommend buying the cheaper one.

My new I phone 11 pro works as expected. Buying experience at Best Buy was good.

The phone is good not bad on price compared to newer models

I purchased the phone online and when I received it in the mail It wasn’t activated. I went to the store to complain bc doing it online is suppose to complete everything needed to use the phone so I took it back And the techs had no clue of what to do to fix it I had to call at&t to try and solve the issue and it still wasn’t working so I just returned the phone. When u work 6 days a week and have to deal with things like this it’s kinda annoying and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend buying a plan through Best Buy , just go to the carrier store your trying to use!!!

Spent almost 3 hours with apple reps trying to fix the issue with restoring from my Mac. Once it was finally fixed. The Vibration doesn’t work. Have to take it to Apple. Very frustrating

I bought this phone in store I took it right back. I was looking for the pro max for the best camera.

I sent this phone back because it was too small. I liked Max Pro better.

I feel so bad about your service,because I bought that phone,but it was the wrong one And I call the store twice to tell them about it, And they hang up the phone twice on me,

Piece of junk quit working at 14 months old. Won't power up. No fix. Best Buy service was great.

Traded an iPhone 7 for this 11 Pro. Super fast and smooth seamless operation. If your into taking photographs you need this phone. It's no DSLR but it close in some ways.

Worthy upgrade! I’m using an iPhone SE for the past 5 years.

Decent phone, although the camera design is not my favorite. I would prefer a "uni-lens" style like in the iphone X
