I am so happy I bought this phone. I like everything about it. No issues at all. And the only place I will ever buy a phone again is Best Buy. I have had the phone a month and no issues at all.

Love my iPhone. No issues. Except the BB worker didn’t set it up correctly and I lost A LOT of stuff on my phone

So I had the iPhone X and all was well until it wasn't. I had to use an Android in the interim and this was a horrible experience. While it has SOME advantages the Apple ecosystem is the place to be. The iPhone 11 Pro just makes it all the better. The real issue for me though is the size. I will be returning to go for larger size storage. The 256 should be perfect.

Just like all my I phones, they just keep getting better and makes it I gotta have list. Never liked apple stuff till I got my first one and now I'm hooked.

Worth extra price for upgraded camera. Night shots are special

Phone had a problem when connected to WiFi, and I brought it back in a few hours. Thought the problem was me, turns out it wasn’t me. Best Buy switched phone and now it’s perfect.

Loving it so far - granted it’s a big upgrade from the 5S which was acting buggy since not compatible with the latest IOS and related apps that require it!

the product is excellent because it is iphone, what I like most is the ease and speed of purchase, much easier than being in apple or verizon, and good deal with the credit of best buy

I had a lot of trouble with Apple software. Lisa from the Maplewood geek squad took well over an hour to completely solve my problem. Apple hadn’t solved the problem in four hours

Long time android user, frustrated with google pixel 2xl. Had been considering Apple for a while, and the 11 pro checked off the last boxes for me. It’s the best phone I’ve owned.

Upgrading from my old se was really easy. Wasn’t sure I’d like the face recognition but it works really well and makes use easier. A little big for my old hands but workable.

Wish it would come with an extra headphone jack adaptor.

Purchased this for my daughter. She's always had an Apple phone and this one does not disappoint. Easy transfer of files/photos via iTunes. Great customer service at Best Buy!

Love this new phone. So far no complaints. I do wish the phone was smaller like the older versions but this one is comparable to iPhone XS but slightly longer

I love all the features of this phone. It is much different than my iPhone 5. I appreciate Brandon Palazzo’s simple explanation of all the features...I’m still learning.

We’ve been using iPhones for years, and it was way past time for an upgrade. My wife and each upgraded our phones at the same time, and really enjoy these latest models.

Best Buy made this process easier, more affordable and faster than both Apple and Verizon. Only buying my phones at Best Buy for now on
