Great customer service! Best Buy had my preferred phone in stock on the same day Verizon earnestly assured me there weren't any available at any store in the state.

I decided to get the pro because of the camera capability. All other items on the phone are similar but much better than the iphone X. Highly recommend iphone 11 Pro.

I love this phone and I loved the service I got! They offered me more for my trade in than my own phone company by $70! It was so easy to transfer my info to the new phone.

I was skeptical this would be an improvement over my xs but i've been pleasantly surprised! Interface is very smooth and quick. Very happy with the upgrade!

Switched back to apple after a brief stint on android. Wow did I miss the iPhone. Fantastic. Just gets better and better with each generation.

The phone has been great - what I would expect from a new phone. The only thing that is slightly iffy is the internet being slightly glitchy and I just haven't had this phone log enough to say more. But otherwise, nothing to complain about. Can't wait to try out the camera on a trip I'm taking end of this month.

So I have been an android user for a long time, finally made the switch. It's taking a little getting used to, but so far it's been a great phone, the camera quality is lacking a little, but perhaps that could be on me or a software update, still waiting to figure that one out.

works great, screen is clear, and bright, takes great low light pictures, was even able to capture pictures of the stars, and see the haze of the milky way....

best iPhone yet. this is my 4th iPhone and they just keep getting better. only have it a week but i'm sure it will give me many years of good service

I thought it would be hard to adjust to the face recognition rather than the fingerprint, but it works well and easy transition. Great phone

Nice phone and was everything I thought I would be getting with a phone. Will definitely continue to be a apple consumer.

Slick look and does what it says it does. All kids like Apple products so will buy again if need. Don't like the prices on Apple but oh well.
