Was not set up right

But I wanted to use my Best Buy account and buy my phone outright. The Best Buy clerk said he would transfer all my data and set it up so that I am good to go. He did a terrible job setting it up. I don’t like the navigation on this iPhone 11 Pro. I’ve yet to figure out how to use the fancy camera. The pictures I take are worse than my iPhone 7 Plus. Overall I am ready to update this phone.

Worst phone I have ever had.

The camera is fantastic but the phone is the worst I have ever bought for any other use...like being a phone or connecting to a network. Constantly drops calls. Constantly turns off the microphone so no one can hear me and I have to hang up and call back. Constantly does not connect to LTE even when it shows connected. Have got the buttons or tapped the screen to wake it up and it refuses to wake up, over and over. Then other times it turns on and dials when it’s supposedly locked in my pocket and I am just standing there. This will be the last iPhone I will ever own.
