I upgraded from the iPhone 6s, so quite a big jump... honestly think I preferred the 6s unless your really into taking pictures then I wouldn’t bother with this phone and even then a dslr half the price would have a better camera

Works as it should ordered online thinking it would be the same size as my 8+ but it’s a little smaller.

I am a long time iPhone user upgrading with each model and what a disappointment this is... The camera is out of this world but other than that it sub-performs relative to my iPhone X in terms of call quality and functionality. Constantly dropping calls in my office and same locations where all other i Phones have functioned flawlessly. Constantly looses LTE connections.

Is apple I like it . It ok for a year but definitely I trade it for the next generation

Bought a new phone because my iPhone 8 had battery issues. This phone gets hot intermittently and the screen freezes intermittently also. The store representative states that it gets hot because of the number of open apps. He can’t reproduce the issue. So if I want to replace the phone, I need to pay a restocking fee. Not too happy.

The phone was ok but what Best Buy doesn’t show it’s site and will be surprise on your bill is Verizon will charge you internet data, and talk, text, separately, i saw this on Best Buy saying 11.99/mo for the phone and I chose 40$/mo Verizon plan, when I set up Verizon account it’s showing 160$ my first bill, i cancelled immediately and returned the phone it’s ridiculous.

Hmmm...was not real happy with this phone when I first got it. I was never able to see it or hold it so I had to order it in order to experience it. Had it one day and returned it. My other phone was a 7 Plus, this 11 Pro was smaller in size and much smaller period all the way around. Although they did say the screen was larger; this made no difference to me once I had it in my hands. Even when I did try to go to the web the text was condensed so saying the screen size was better I wasn't real convinced of that. I didn't want a smaller phone, especially smaller than the 7 Plus. Features may be nice for it, but if I am paying this kind of money for something I would prefer something I will enjoy better in both size and functionality.

I don't notice a lot of difference but am glad to have a phone that works

Video is amazing. But the camera for photos is not as good as the iPhone 7 was.

Did not like this phone as much as I like the others

I liked previous versions of the iPhone better. This one is ok.
