I bought this as a gift for my brother. the price was really good for the amount of memory that we can get. After he upgraded to the newer Iphone, I used this for a couple of months before giving it to my cousin. This was good phone to have. it was easy to use and not have to worry about not having enough space. My cousin is still using it to this day.

The phone is great. Best Buy messed up the activation portion and really screwed up on the plan etc. too. In the end Verizon fixed it, no thanks to Best Buy. Just buy from the carrier and cut out the middleman.

Well I researched this phone and decided to buy it from Best Buy but sadly for me, they did not want to help me set up the phone and told me to do it at home, which did not work out for me. Made an appt and went to the store but the Geeks two of them did not set up my phone properly and I had to call verizon who now have to do a factory reset to get my phone working as none of my apps, contacts nor data were put over. I find it difficult swiping and getting use to the new phone - its not as I expected - my old phone was an IPhone 6. I am hoping that I will eventually be able to use this new phone :(

Not bad happy so far everything going ok. Have not played with it much yet.

iPhone 11 is an ok phone but save ur money. iOS 13 is a total disaster full of bugs. Internet is slower than 1990s dialup and no big fix is on the way so what good is a ok phone with no internet. Save yourself the misery, wait for something better to come along.

This was my first iPhone 11 Pro and what a nightmare. The screen kept going black on me and wouldn't hold a charge for the day. I'm going to trade in for 11 Pro Max, hope it's better.

The worst phone just like the other I drooled it outside and the back screen broke and I can’t fix it went to Apple there like it’s in fixable

Photos were blurry so I exchanged it for a brand new in hopes the problem would be fixed. But they’re still blurry. Save your money.

Didn’t have enough memory after the new update after I purchased.

I had iPhone 11 yellow for two months then got the pro. I see no difference whatsoever between the two other than looks. The pro is a tad smaller and thinner than the 11 and It looks sharp. To be honest it looks more chocolate color than gold. Like a brownish gold. Reminds me of chocolate diamonds. It’s extremely beautiful like a work of art. To be honest the basic 11 is just as good so you get great quality in the 11 if you can’t afford the pro

Decent phone, although the camera design is not my favorite. I would prefer a "uni-lens" style like in the iphone X

It was a good phone. Very reliable and sturdyyyyy.

I went back to an iPhone after switching to the Google Pixel, the original which was the best phone I ever had but then the 3XL regressed so back to Mac. Man what a fail. If you're wearing Airpods Pro the text notification sound is deafening and there's no way to fix it (even after three calls with CS and forum research, it's all hot or miss. The night camera is terrible, basically lights up the photo (it's not even close to Google's Night Site). Siri's dictation is still as terrible as it ever was (defeating the point of being able to text hands free). Adding a photo to a text is slow. Apple Auto synced right up and works great but I'm sure Android Auto will also. The video camera is amazing, and why I'll be keeping this after I replace it. And my gosh, the spam calls I get that I never got with the Pixel as it handled it for me? Crazy. I'm all Apple and have been for years (iMac, iPads, Air and Pro laptops) but they're archaic when it comes to phones.

I haven’t got my phone yet, it was supposed to arrive on the 14 of June and it’s well passed the 14. I wish you would notify me with a tracking number or let me know what the problem is but haven’t heard anything. Right now I’m not a very happy customer. And to top it off you already sent me a bill. AND I DON’T HAVE THE PRODUCT
