Great phone, upgraded from a X to this and it's much quicker, no lag on the texting and there is no comparison on the camera.

I haven’t had it long, but I like the phone so far. The main thing I don’t like is that sometimes my screen randomly gets warm toned. I probably need to go through my settings. Anyways, the camera is nice and it’s fairly easy to use. No huge complaints here

I have had the 4S, 6S, 7, 8 and now the 11 Pro and it is the best yet. Best display, best battery life, best performance.

It finally happened. I had no plans to replace my iPhone6 (although Apple does by ending its support) - when it fell into the sink. After so many years without accident I had let the insurance lapse as I owned the phone. The sales associate helped me decide - and I am very happy with my purchase. The learning curve seemed daunting - but was relatively painless. There's still a lot of tweaking to be done - but I expect to own this phone too and keep IT for years to come.

The camera is very nice but one of the reasons I purchased a pro was because I was told I was getting a $300. 00 credit from att. AT&T said I was misinformed by Best Buy. Otherwise I would have purchased the Apple 11. When I found this out it was to late to take it back because I was leaving on my vacation for a month. Actually, I came in just to purchase a new phone for vacation but never considered a pro. So now I am stuck with paying an addition $300.

I bought this during the onset of the Corona virus. Electronic parts from China had suddenly become hard to get and was fortunate enough to be able to get the last iPhone11. Very appreciative of Best Buy and its efforts to assist It is an excellent unit. Although I wish it supported background recording so that it can be used as a dashboard camera, to play a podcast AND also as a gps (simultaneously like my very old Galaxy). Otherwise, very happy.
