I upgraded from the iPhone 7 and haven't looked back. The speed of the phone is night and day difference whether you're switching from app to app or browsing the internet through wifi or data. I like the facial recognition more than I thought it would and haven't had any real issues with unlocking the phone even in the dark. There are some quirks like getting used to dragging from the top right corner but nothing too troubling. All in all, if you like iPhone's you'll love this one.

Finally made the switch to an iPhone after being a devoted Android user. There was a bit of a learning curve. Android products are easier for older consumers. With my line of work, I see many seniors struggle with iPhones because no one shows them how to use it. After having a couple of rough days, I love it and wouldn’t switch back to an Android. All the Apple products work together so well.

This phone has a solid feel to it. Some phones feel cheap and plastic but this phone has a good solid heft. Also the screen real estate is an upgrade over the 6s that this replaced. Really enjoying how snappy everything is, feels very quick.

Picture quality is fabulous. Easy to use. Miss the home button but I’m sure I will get over it.

Seamless. The new iPhone 11 pro, with 512 GB is nice looking in silver. It feels good in the hand, not too big or too small. I appreciate that it is water resistant and I love the faceID as I can immediately get it open to snap a picture. I don't worry about other people getting it and using it, people don't take my purse or car or other things and I think we can trust each other. That is how we need to be.
