Features are great - love the camera - and storage

The new iPhone 11 Pro is fast and the camera is awesome!

So far I have no complaints, just takes a little getting used to. The battery life is great and the so is the speed. My previous phone was an iPhone 7.

I heard a sports play by play-caller say ” Hands down man down momma there goes that man”. That statement is true again this phone is head and shoulders above the rest. The perspective I have is iPhone then the other phones, iPhone is not in the more affordable cell phone level. Continue to lead the way Appl.

Very good smart phone with excellent camera which has three lenses and goes from wide angle to telephoto zooming in addition to the digital zoom. The camera also includes several new and interesting features. The phone offers face recognition in addition to the expected features of smart phone.

I had the Iphone XS prior to purchasing the 11pro. Quite frankly I should've just kept my XS. It worked fine and took just as good of pictures as the 11pro. Now don't get me wrong the 11pro is ok but considering there was nothing wrong with my other phone (XS) I should not have wasted the money on this one. NOW if you need a phone because yours is busticated, YES this 11pro will work just fine.

My new 11 pro phone is working beautifully. Still getting to know some of the bells and whistles, but I’m enjoying the new camera especially..... which is always the reason I upgrade so often. Yes, they’re pricey, but Love the reliability and ease of operation with all my Apple devices. Would never have anything else!

Nice phone, not much has changed with Apple lately however. The camera is a nice plus if you go Pro but other than that I believe that is the only difference. Also other than 5G that won’t be mainstream for a few years there is no noticeable differences between 11 and 12.

It's great so far. (I upgraded from an Iphone 8+). Love the camera and new customizable features for your apps, home screen, etc. Still don't know the difference between the regular 11 and the pro because one got stolen. Will maybe keep this posted as I retrieve my stolen property

I find the 11 Pro to be a great upgrade from my i-phone eight. The camera is clearer, there is more contrast and I love the triple camera image availability. The software is faster than previous i-phone's and I love the wireless charging capability. My favorite feature by far is the facial recognition.

After having used Samsung Galaxy 7, 9, 10+ over the years, I'm so glad I made the switch back to iPhone. Alex, the BestBuy rep was absolutely fantastic to work with. (I'll never go to another Verizon Store for phone service -- horrible experience minutes prior to going to BestBuy)
