The hardware is phenomenally fast! It came with IOS 13, which I almost immediately updated to IOS 13.1. It does amazing things and is super fast doing them! It is a definite improvement over what I thought was an incredible iPhone XS! I still need to absorb all the new features and capabilities, though.

My wife and I upgraded from our iPhone 8 and 8+ and love our new iPhone 11 pros. Great quality phones with really nice cameras. Highly recommend the iPhone 11 pro! Was able to walk in and upgrade to exactly what we wanted at our local Best Buy store when nobody else had these in stock, thanks Best Buy!

I was really unsure what color phone to get and I’m really happy with the gold. It’s subtle and chic. The battery life is SO MUCH BETTER! Overall I’m happy with this purchase and The customer service was exponential. Do a BIG thank you to the sales associates that helped me.

I have taken some amazing shots in all sorts of lighting situations including nighttime shots through the window of a jet airplane of the lighted coastline of New Jersey. My friends loved the photos. I bought this iPhone primarily for its camera features and it is well worth the investment.

I got the 11 Pro for opening a new account with Verizon, and I absolutely LOVE the phone! The camera’s are all a very cool feature, and I love how they changed the touch from 3D to haptic. I am very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to explore what other features are on this phone.

Coming from an 8 Plus, this phone is much more sleek and usable. I love the photography upgrades. The wide angle lens and the night time shots work really well. I miss the home button, and some of the gestures I am still having issues with, but hopefully I'll get used to them.

The iPhone 11 Pro is a very powerful photographic tool. Imagine having a camera with three prime lenses that you can instantly switch from one to the other. Between the quality of the iPhone and the quality of third party photo apps, you have a must-have a photographic tool.

I've really enjoyed this phone so far. I bought it for a trip to Egypt and for the upgraded camera. It didn't disappoint!! The camera peformed amazing!! The low light sensor alone made it worth the upgrade since you can't use a flash in the tombs, got some amazing pics!

Love this phone, I like the size of this phone. I wanted a change this time around, so if you're in the market for a smaller size Iphone, this is the size you would want, it's just one size under the 11 max phone, I was getting tired of the bigger Iphone, because when you get a case for it, depending on the style case, your phone might be more bigger than what it's actually is because of the case, so that's I why I chose the 11 pro, it's smaller and more convenient for me.

I’m very happy with this new iPhone. I upgraded from a 6 (embarrassing I know) and there’s definitely a learning curve with getting used to no home button but overall I love it. The camera is honestly incredible. Night mode in and of itself is worth the price of admissions.

The iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 13.1 is everything Apple promised. Battery life is significantly better than that of my 6s. I like Facial ID and Dark Mode. Plus, through Verizon's Unlimited program, I get Apple Music, so I cancelled my SiriusXM subscription. Great phone.

This phone is amazing! The purchase from Best Buy was seamless and the transfer of info from my old phone was easy enough to do myself. So glad I ended up getting this phone!

I can go 2-3 days now without having to charge my phone. My old iPhone would not last a day before having to be charged. The facial recognition and touch sensitivity has made using this phone an extreme pleasure. I am happy with the upgrade from my 6s.

Been using iPhone Xs. Upgraded to 11 Pro. I use the iPhone as a phone rather than smart device. I don't take many pictures either. I don't feel much difference other than it did produce a good picture on low light condition than that of Xs.

Still getting used to lack of home button, but operation, like so many Apple products, is intuitive and easy once you try. Haven't yet had opportunity to use all of the camera features, but basic photos taken so far look great. New photo editing features will really come in handy for everything from indoor photos to bright sunshine. The 11 Pro seems much more substantial and well built than basic 11, so would recommend that small step up.

Replaced aging 8plus for oldest daughter. 5g not area market with Verizon, basically got pro for same price of regular 11. Well satisfied, I hope she get almost the four years out of it, as she did her 8plus.

Upgraded to a smaller phone and really glad I did. The camera is excellent and the battery life is great.

My daughter loves her phone. Camera takes beautiful pics. Only complaint was where we purchased it The Manchester Store was an absolute nightmare will never shop there again. We will stick to The Chesterfield location

The iPhone 11 Pro is Apple going above and beyond the iPhone Xs. Personally preference is the 11 Pro over the Max due to weight and size. Great screen and zero issues to date. Data transfer - slick and easy to set up and transfer everything over!

ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I BOUGHT THE NEW PHONE IS BECUSE OF THE CAMERA, AND IT WORKS GREAT, NOW WITH WIDE ANGKE NO MORE TRYING TO PUT THE CAMERA ABOUVE MY HEAD AND TRYING TO TAKE A PICTURE IN A SMALL ROOM AND NOT HAVING ENOUGH ROOM, THANKS APPLE!!!
