Great service with a great price, only at Best Buy.

Great phone! I always upgrade my phones at Best!**

I have a iPhone X max upgraded to the 11 max pro and I don’t see any difference in performance or image quality. They’re supposed to be an extended five hour battery life but I’m not getting it. I put it on energy saver and by 4 o’clock I am at 30%. The same with my 10. To me, it wasn’t worth the upgrade and when I went to exchange the phone, Best Buy wouldn’t allow me to exchange it because I had pre-ordered it. The customer service was horrible. I told him that I was having issues with the battery.

I like my iPhone. I still get lots of compliments on the gold color, more like rose gold to me. Now I’m just waiting on a newer iPhone so I can upgrade.

I was not happy because the salesman sold me a 64 when i needed a lot larger

new changes over the 6 plus hard to get use to and to many big brother features watching and changing your apts.

I have had this phone just over a month. Many many functions but not sure if necessary. I am not a big fan of the new touch style screen. Takes time to get used to it and allows usage problems depending on the individuals touch. Screens lock up during texting , email and while sending photos. I had to shut it down numerous times to free up the frozen screen. Camera is quite complicated and tricky to use. I think I liked my IPhone 8 Plus better but time will tell.

The camera did not meet the hype/expectations. The night time photos have to be still, and blur easily. Photos are better, but not drastic.

Nice phone but lack 5g speeds. More of the same iPhone from previous year. Not worth upgrading if you have iPhone 10

I bought one for my mom, she seems to enjoy it a lot. I would've gotten one for me as well, but I decided to go with Samsung instead.

For as much as this phone costs and to have gotten the max pro, you would think there would be no issues. This phone constantly freezes and is so slow! I “upgraded” from a 7 plus and would go back to my 7 in a heartbeat, really considering returning. What a waste of time!

As a former Android (primary) user, I have enjoyed the integration between my Apple Watch, iPad, Mac-book Pro and iPhone 11.

For the most part, I am satisfied with my phone. However, Apple has to work out the kinks to make it an awesome device!

It’s overpriced for an average phone. Wife wanted one, happy wife, happy life. I would advise anyone who wants to spend over $1000 to spend it on a nice weekend trip. I’m pretty sure you can take decent pictures with your current phone. Apple, stop with the cheap gimmicks. You haven’t innovate for a long time now. Everything looks the same and you fell behind the competition.

I have been waiting on a new phone. Decide elf to try this one. I have apple phones and decided to try this one

Never had iPhone always Samsung got to get use to it other that the phone is ok

This phone is no different from iPhone XS Max other than the camera and the back design. It’s basically the same phone,The only thing good is the charger

Works great, had the phone over a year and no issues

If I had to do it again, I would still buy the iPhone 11 Pro Max
