Works fine for me, I have had no issue using it so far.

I believe this is the best and easiest way to upgrade.

I bought phone and honestly not much different than X max pro I actually enjoyed that phone more some features were removed on the new model ie the 3D Touch

Change over from an android system to iPhone. Disappointed in the various limitations and restrictions. I am excited about FaceTime.

Nice camera but phone seems slow and freezes quite often. People complain they can’t hear me on speaker phone.

Great buy! I bought it from the store. Just hope take shorter time to find out the best deal with the different carriers!

The freezes up often. Have to keep resetting the phone or deleting app. And then downloading again.

The first phone I received was screwed up by sprint porting my number it was locked to a non-carrier they refused to replace it Best Buy went above and beyond to get me another phone as timely as possible however Sprint has been most uncooperative and is the worst cellular service I’ve ever seen their customer service is horrible their service in general is horrible people are complaining about how I sound their refusal to unlock the phone even though it’s fully paid for and their service is not workingCorrectly is unbelievable further the plan that I signed up for and asked before I received it has all kinds of hidden fees that they did not make me aware of it is virtually double what I was quoted do not under any circumstances get a Sprint phone and certainly don’t pay for it upfront I will be taking them to court in the meantime Best Buy has done everything they can to try to accommodate me thank you particularly the customer service at the Boca Raton store

Lots of new features but at my age I do not need all the hype. A phone is just a phone

It’s a huge phone. I’m used to my little iPhone 8. Nice features though.

This is my daughter's phone. She said it is the best iPhone as of yet.

The camera is not what it should be for the amount uou pay for the phone.

Brand new IPhone 11 Pro Max, problem with the battery less than a month, warranty with Best Buy only 14 days.

When i took the phone they said i need to pay 25 dollars/mon. But later when i saw my bill its alot greater than i expected. When i reached the customer service agents every individual is giving me different opinions. One said they can reduce the bill and one say it is the least price. I am really confused by the sprint
