I have to send the phone back to Apple because it was malfunctioning and restarting hundreds and hundreds of time within a single hour. It never passed he Apple logo showing When this happens here is how to restart the phone (since you won’t be able to even click anything) Volume up Then Volume down Finally hold power button until it restarts Camera on the phone is great Please get a cover and screen protector because this phone is fragile.

Can't believe I wasted my money. The camera is horrible. Absolutely horrible. It super saturates everything. I run a business based on good, color accurate photos so it's worthless. It looks like I retouch everything. The phone also locks up for no reason and won't respond to any touch commands to re-open so I need to start to shut it down to get it to respond. It's a nightmare. There is only a 14 day return period... which is absurd for something this expensive. I do have AppleCare so can get a replacement, but seriously, after less than 30 days!!! Totally unacceptable. The only thing decent is the battery life and the video. But, I specifically bought it for the camera, upgrading from my XS.... BIG MISTAKE... don't waste your money.

i don't want to complain much but i am disappointed with apple iphone , they have not changed anything since i had my last iPhone . The most annoying feature is when u cannot receive text messages when u are driving or receiving calls, yes it is something u can fix through the app but this is just plain stupid - too many restrictions camera is ok . For a basic iphone 64gb i trade it in to a Samsung galaxy note 10plus u can multitask and comes with 256gb memory 12gb of ram it completely destroys iphone in terms of specs 4gb or ram and 64gm memory - Come on apple wake up and restructure your business. Perfect example it took me 45 minutes to transfer data from galaxy note 9 to iphone and 2 min to transfer data from iPhone to Samsung galaxy note 10 plus. For business i would def use Samsung hands down.

I needed a new phone. At the time the Apple 11 Pro Max I thought would do the trick. Not really. It has issues like being stuck on the last person you texted, it keeps going back to them. I've dealt with Apple about this and have done all of their try to fix it tricks, nothing changes. Maybe it's a software problem or just the iPhone 11. Been through three iPhones in one year, all worked about the same. Not a fan of this one. I'm not going for the iPhone 12 because it's like a trial phone so I'll wait for the next iPhone 13. Keep missing the mark Apple and goodbye after years of having an iPhone.

I gave this 2-stars because the software in the phone was corrupted. 3 out of 5 times a new update was installed, it would cause some problem. When Siri stopped working, I took the phone into BB and their Geek Squad diagnosed the problem with that particular update and Siri worked again. The latest update caused my airpods to have to be connected just to show the charge. I paid it off and got the 13. This had been my 5th iPhone and the only bad one.

Apple seems to be having issues with their software dept. I bought this to upgrade my wife's 8 and she wasn't happy when stuff didn't work as advertised. The same thing happened when we got the 8. Many serious issues; call connects but don't hear anybody. Can't send picture text to Android users, etc. The ultimate fix required data backup to iTunes on PC and then full factory reset, then restore from iTunes. I have always owned Android phones and never a hicup.

This iPhone produces the most clear photos from any iPhone that I have purchased in the last 15 years!

Not much change with the phone Other than the cameras and battery life

I was a Samsung user. After trying this new iphone, I felt like going through a bad downgrade. A Samsung 9 is better than this iphone 11 Pro Max. It is not user friendly at all. Camera isn't as good as it was advertised.

I phones are going downhill, it does a simple one ring for no reason whenever it wants to, sometimes it rings to let you know you have a text and sometimes it doesn’t, very dissatisfied for the money

It’s the same as the 10max pro and nothing about it changed until the update. Wait on the 12 and don’t waste your money.

This phone has a lot of glitches, feels like maybe this was a beta tester.

Understanding that the store was limited due to lockdown, but not much info was parted to us.
