I have always been a Samsung user up to getting this phone. Definitely a smart choice to switch. I like how much connectivity there is between our kids apple phones and other family members phones.

The display is a lot better than my old 6S Plus. However I cannot find a case I like in the color I like unless I bought the 11. It is pretty much the same size and feel as the 6S Plus, so no changes in fitting my inside coat pocket. The only big problem I had was that the tech at my local Best Buy inserted my old sim card instead of the new one. This led to a few hours on the phone with AT&T to figure out why I had no service the next day.

Exchanged for larger storage I have wayyyyy too much on the cloud and on the phone Photos and text etc lol phones great but if you like selfies leave this for the older crowd phones still wonderful

Very good service, however it is difficult to learn it on your own, Need some hands on education for such a complicated instrument. A good video of the various things you need to know would be very helpful.

Due to the virus I did everything on-line and it worked out just superb! The Best Buy website made it a breeze to upgrade to my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I received in the mail and it was ready to go!

I thought it would be hard going back to an iPhone after not having one sine iPhone 3. I thought switching from Android to iPhone would be difficult but the transition has been almost seemless.

I've had this since the release date and I am in love with it. The wide angle camera is so nice, and the zoom lenses work flawlessly. If you're unsure about the upgrade, do it. You won't regret it.

I wear glasses and the dark mode helps me a lot. I also wear readers and with the dark mode I don't have the enlarge the font so I can read messages or emails. I also do not need my readers when doing so.
