Great phone, BUT...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the phone outright in full for an AT*T SIM I already use. Usually BB unlocks the phone for me. This time, they were instructed to NOT unlock the phone, and I could do it in 60 days. No exceptions. The guy helping me was great, he was doing what he was told. So I took the carrier locked phone, called AT*T, and had it unlocked in minutes. As for the phone, if you have a Xs Max, this isn't worth upgrading to. It's a great phone, just not that much better than the previous gen.

Bluetooth doesn’t work, not worth the price
