My daughter had the XS Max and it was always getting disabled. Even sitting on a flat surface not moving it would somehow become disabled by itself. So she upgraded to this one and so far it has not been disabled once! It is fast, facial recognition is great and she LOVES the camera.

My husband was having problems with his IPhone 6 keeping a charge. But new batteries would not get him new features and a better camera . He loves his new iPhone 11 ProMax. The pictures are terrific . It is so easy to use. Still learning all of the new features. So glad for the “11”.

I had the Xs max before getting this the other day. It’s not a huge upgrade but the battery is better than any iPhone and the camera are updated. I wanted something with better battery because I game a lot . When I found out people were having issues with the screen being scratched way easier than any iPhone it kind of sucked because I love a nude phone . So if you’re like me and want a premium phone but have OCD about scratches then get a screen protector and case with your order .

camera is great. big jump from xs series. battery life is really good. camera bump is ugly and still expensive for the features.

It's very familiar to an iPhone user, and the camera features are nice. It's a bit heavy, but the battery life is excellent!

Best Apple phone to date! I don’t even want the 12 version. The camera takes awesome pics and videos. It is easy to use and like having a mini tablet for whatever you want to do - streaming, surfing the net, social media, etc.

This is the best iPhone yet, very powerful and it looks great. I thought the 3 cameras were going to be a little much but the pictures come out amazing and the features make it all worth it. Going to be staying with this phone for a while, no complaints.

This phone is obviously the best iPhone yet. Apple smashed it yet again. The screen is beautiful, the cameras are amazing, but the best part, the battery life. 5 months in and I can easily get 2 days out of this phone. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

I'm extremely happy with my new iPhone, although I am certainly still learning to use all its features. I highly recommend this particular model; I am a senior citizen and appreciate the ease of use and especially the size of the screen. Highly recommend!

This a great phone. I switch from Sammy to iPhone. I don’t have a problem with it. Screen is big bright colorful. Take great pictures. Only have had it a short time but it’s working out great. So if your thinking in buying one, don’t be afraid jump right in.

I am really happy i popped for this phone over the iPhone 11 or iPhone 11 Pro. The phone's size is just right for me and makes everything easy to read. Still pictures and videos are outstanding - the improved stabilization on this phone is outstanding.

I upgraded from iPhone 7Plus to iPhone 11 Pro Max. I am so glad I did, it’s an excellent phone. It took me a little bit to get use to it but I am so glad and very happy with the iPhone 11 Pro Max. It’s so fast and the battery lasts a long long time.

This is definitely the best iPhone yet -- and I've had many of them. The camera is beyond compare. The 3 different lenses are a game changer and the quality is superb. It's fast, the battery life is amazing and it delivers on all levels as promised.

Not a huge change from the previous 2 years, but the battery life is significantly better than any phone I have ever used. Lasts the whole day even with hours of FaceTime and streaming videos. The camera is also fantastic and I love the matte glass.

Battery life is great. I only charge every other day. Camera is amazing no matter what mode you shoot in. I upgraded from the iPhone X which was great as well but I’ve noticed a huge difference in some areas on the IPhone 11 Pro Max.

I have had Samsung and apple. I know both are constantly competing. For me, iPhones have always been my favorite. This phone is no different. From the facial recognition to the camera to the speed of loading. This phone has been spectacular.

Bought it for myself. Love the camera, takes beautiful picture, quality is excellent. One thing I’m still trying to get use to is swiping up because it does not have the home button anymore. One thing I didn’t like is the phone is a bit heavy.

Purchased to replace iPhone 7 and happy so far with all the features. Excellent screen size and cameras for taking pictures or videos. Overall very pleased with the purchase, other than lack of assistance at the Turkey Creek Best Buy to help with transfer of info from my i7 to the i11Pro Max. Instructions were provided that were fairly easy to use and get my contacts, etc. on the new iPhone 11 Pro Max .

I had the xs max for a year and decided I wanted to try this phone out to see if would be better than the new one coming out. Need to say I do love it! Works the same as my old phone, battery is great, and the camera is bomb!
