I paid $1200 for this and the only thing it does better than my old 6s is the battery. The battery lasts three days. Processor speed is not noticeably different in my opinion. Controls are difficult. Having to swipe all the way up for the very very bottom of the screen to the very very top of the screen to bring up Open apps does not work easily on this large screen. Having to swipe from the diagonal left corner to the diagonal right corner to bring up an existing phone call and hang up is often difficult. Many people have been saying that they can’t hear me very well when I’m speaking on speaker. My calls are often broken up unless i turm tge speaker volume way down but what good is thst? 1200.00 not worth it.

This is a fantastic phone that has awesome video and picture quality. I like the fact it is like a mini computer.

The upgrades to the camera are the main focus here. The new wide angle lens is helpful, but the game changer is the Night Mode.

The store recently opened, so staff was on the low side...Went to upgrade my iphone7 plus to an iphone 11pro max, and I just wanted to purchase phone and trade in old phone, was able to do that all in the one visit. The lady that helped me was quick and very knowledgeable. She was able to copy everything from old phone to new and get the latest updates all in record time.

Camera on this phone is amazing! Used it to take pictures at my son's wedding and was very pleased with how clear they were. Sound quality is good. Battery quality did not seem to last as long as my old 7 iPhone.
