Great device, easy to use and AWESOME camera. Definitely worth the money! Now let’s hope the screen doesn’t crack like my last four.

I finally got the feel of my Pro Max 11 and love all the new figures and upgrades. Best birthday present I got in a while for myself.

It was super easy to reserve, and while we couldn't do a curbside pickup because we had to get the phone activated, as soon as the worker was ready they had me skip the line and go straight to the desk to get the phone set up so I was in and out in no time.

Purchase process was fast, efficient in replacing my LG Android phone with the iPhone 11 Max Pro. Phone has been rock solid, just takes a bit of time getting used to an iPhone. It helps having teens to show me the ropes with the iPhone!

Phone is awesome and the cameras are incredible but I have to take it in because it does not connect to network even with data on

The phone and camera work well. I do not like having the home button still getting used to not having one.

Love my iPhone, and I purchase the new one every year. However, with Best Buy changing its rewards program on Apple products, I will be getting it somewhere else. I highly recommend the iPhone 11 Pro Max, but again, just don't get it from Best Buy.

My daughter loves this phone. We decided to go with BestBuy to upgrade because of the great promos they were offering and the excellent service to transfer the data from her old phone to the upgraded phone. Thanks again... BestBuy!

I owned the Iphone x prior. It crashed on me forcing me to buy a new phone. I thought the pro-max would be a huge improvement. It really isn't. The size is better. I don't see a huge improvement in camera. It isn't necessarily faster either. Ironically, my iphone x decided to start working again. Apparently, it was a software issue. Everyone else thought it was a port issue. Who knows?

So far so good. I miss the home button and it’s taking time to get used to that. I went from a 8 plus to 11. We’ll see

Not only did the Geek Squad tech's do a great installation of the new speakers, but they were COVID conscious, wore face mask's and clean thoroughly when done with their work. I would highly recommend this team for their profession work.

Great phone with great speed. But if you're looking for the best camera, pixel is still the way to go

Just switched from an 8plus, don’t like not having a physical home button but getting use to it. Camera is good.

Upgraded from my iPhone X. My plan has an annual upgrade option so was excited to try the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. BB Techs setup my phone including apps. You may need to re-enter password info first time opening apps. Still exploring the new features.

Love this new iPhone! Does everything predicted and no problems. Blaine at Best Buy did not activate correctly and once Verizon was contacted and activated phone everything has been perfect. Would not recommend getting new phone with Blaine.

Phone was delayed to the store but I was notified about it and they gave me a new date that it will show up. I am so happy that I got my phone with Best Buy after multiple try’s with apple of the carry losing the phone

The five star rating is for the phone only. Verizon phones I have paired with Best Buy and if you want to purchase certain phones in the store you are forced to sign a three month contract with Verizon. Horrible !!!

I had been waiting anxiously for this release. I bought it the first day at Best Buy. No wait and no line. It has met my expectations so far.

Best iPhone on the market worked well with my carrier! Just one step back that i must wait 60 days for my phone to be unlocked through Verizon wireless so! I guess due to fraud i was told! So overall it’s a great phone for all occasions!

This phone’s camera is so amazing!!! I love the camera. If you like taking pictures this phone is it.
