I switched from Samsung to Apple. I loved my Samsung but find the iPhone to be more intuitive. I haven’t used the camera feature yet but am going to travel soon and am looking forward to using it.

My first Iphone! I thought the Samsung S10 + was the best ever. I purchased this phone for a specific app developed to work blu-tooth with new hearing aids. The app is great and the phone is amazing.

Could not be happier. Upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus and the difference is night and day. Simplicity and additional features as well as the expanded camera capabilities are as advertised. Exceptional.

Moving back into the Apple world was a tough decision for me since I loved my old Android phone but the ease of use and integration with my MacBook pro made this a very good decision.

Bought it for my spouse as a gift. She is thrilled with it. Phone works great of course. The camera capability is quite awesome. Will take some time to get used to using this device. Very pleased.

I love technology and i always go back between IOS and Android. I think I’m going to stay with IOS for a while now. I LOVE Android but i prefer IOS cause of stability and updates.

Some of you may be asking, “if you love it so much, why don’t you marry it?”. Well I’ve been asking myself the same thing lately. It may be a fear of commitment, I’m not sure but I am working on it.

Always happy with the service Best Buy offers. Phone color desired not available but that’s not Best Buy’s fault. Still got me in the style of phone with the co figuration desired.

I had the iPhone XMax. Both phones are great. I choose to upgrade because of the camera. I record a lot of videos and take pictures. I am a coach. I like the extra angles and editing capabilities.

I have to send the phone back to Apple because it was malfunctioning and restarting hundreds and hundreds of time within a single hour. It never passed he Apple logo showing When this happens here is how to restart the phone (since you won’t be able to even click anything) Volume up Then Volume down Finally hold power button until it restarts Camera on the phone is great Please get a cover and screen protector because this phone is fragile.

Nice phone takes some getting used to. Also freezes up a lot.

It’s basically little improvements but what really shines is the camera.

Can't believe I wasted my money. The camera is horrible. Absolutely horrible. It super saturates everything. I run a business based on good, color accurate photos so it's worthless. It looks like I retouch everything. The phone also locks up for no reason and won't respond to any touch commands to re-open so I need to start to shut it down to get it to respond. It's a nightmare. There is only a 14 day return period... which is absurd for something this expensive. I do have AppleCare so can get a replacement, but seriously, after less than 30 days!!! Totally unacceptable. The only thing decent is the battery life and the video. But, I specifically bought it for the camera, upgrading from my XS.... BIG MISTAKE... don't waste your money.

His pictures look nice, but not quit as nice as my Samsung s10 5G phone. He likes the apple world. I am writing review as he never does these things and BB asked me to write one to earn points.

First off I always buy my phone from bestbuy because the prices are lower. I love this phone it’s easy to use and I love the color. Has a lot of cool new features and the camera work great.

Stepped up from the 7. Photos quality on par with any other phone. Takes a bit of getting used to only due to new finger swipe directions. I Don't' miss the finger button
