    We ordered the phones online and they were ready for pick-up, but not the first time we went to pick up the one phone. There was some sort of mixup, and they didn't have the phone until a day later. Once we got word the phone was available, the curbside pick up was easy.

    Not much innovation here and very overpriced, but when a teenager wants an iPhone for their birthday, that's what a dad does. I wouldn't recommend this purchase to anyone else though. Best Buy employees were excellent though.

    Very happy with this purchase, the camera in night version is very impressive. I had no issues with the phone until a software update happened and it wouldn't turn back on. I had to take this to apple for a replacement.

    Nice features, but honestly, don’t get the extreme price jump over standard phone. Feel as if they justify the price tag merely on the point that people “need” the latest and greatest and will spend it.

    I've been a iPhone fan for years. The only complaint I have is the flashlight button on the lock screen. If you are not careful sometimes I will accidently press the screen icon and it will turn on. My wife will tell me my flashlight is on. Other than that, all is well.
