    The only problem I had with this phone is the visual voicemail and wifi calling didn't work. I exchanged it for another one and everything works fine

    Would give 4 stars as I love this phone, but Best Buy had a promotion for Black Friday that you get $200 off & I have yet seen it.

    I jus needed an upgrade. This phone is colors are much more vibrant than the others I’ve had. It’s was a bit cheaper than Verizon.

    Still getting used to the iPhone 11 Pro cause I switched from an iPhone 7 Plus, but seems more user friendly that my iPhone 7.

    The only problem we with getting this phone was tech had to do the whole process twice, took 4 hours

    I got it and it looked nice . A day later i was on the phone several times and the few people i talked to said they could barely hear me (no it wasnt the service) due to microphone issues . Also the volume on it is not as good compared to a few peers 11 pro max ive listened to.

    More of the same with another camera lens and higher price tag. The core hardware is largely the same as the X series. If this wasn’t something I use for my profession I would happily keep on using the previous generation or two. Also not thrilled with the size of the device, obviously personal preference and a mistake on my part.
