I expected to get the best and latest technology with this phone. I was extremely unsatisfied.. It is bulky and heavy , the picture quality is incredibly bad for the way it is advertised. when you try to zoom it is so distorted. It lags speed , going on safari, it takes for ever to load and I do have Verizon with full signal and it is still slow.. The one and only positive about this phone is the battery... Samsung out this phone to shame... Apple seems to be in a downward spiral , so don't waste your time or money on this one. I hope the next generation is better.

I needed a new phone. At the time the Apple 11 Pro Max I thought would do the trick. Not really. It has issues like being stuck on the last person you texted, it keeps going back to them. I've dealt with Apple about this and have done all of their try to fix it tricks, nothing changes. Maybe it's a software problem or just the iPhone 11. Been through three iPhones in one year, all worked about the same. Not a fan of this one. I'm not going for the iPhone 12 because it's like a trial phone so I'll wait for the next iPhone 13. Keep missing the mark Apple and goodbye after years of having an iPhone.

Got this for my wife. She seems to like Apple products, personally some of their stuff stinks. Trying to move or delets some stuff takes way too many steps. The app store does not allow many great apps because the developers wont play Apples games.

I’ve just been having issues deleting old pics off of my phone to free up space. I transferred all the pictures and data from my old phone to this one and having issues freeing up space even though I purchased more iCloud storage.

I gave this 2-stars because the software in the phone was corrupted. 3 out of 5 times a new update was installed, it would cause some problem. When Siri stopped working, I took the phone into BB and their Geek Squad diagnosed the problem with that particular update and Siri worked again. The latest update caused my airpods to have to be connected just to show the charge. I paid it off and got the 13. This had been my 5th iPhone and the only bad one.

Too expensive for a phone and quality going down with Apple’s name brand Because they’re getting cheap with a bad customer service I WISH I’VE GOT A SAMSUNG PHONE

Apple seems to be having issues with their software dept. I bought this to upgrade my wife's 8 and she wasn't happy when stuff didn't work as advertised. The same thing happened when we got the 8. Many serious issues; call connects but don't hear anybody. Can't send picture text to Android users, etc. The ultimate fix required data backup to iTunes on PC and then full factory reset, then restore from iTunes. I have always owned Android phones and never a hicup.

This iPhone produces the most clear photos from any iPhone that I have purchased in the last 15 years!

only thing quite different to me is the camera. besides every little aspect and specs are relatively the same as all previous models.

The shame I feel as my oldest switches to this platform is causing me physical pain. It looks like a fine over priced phone.

coming from another brand (note10plus) found the hardware 10/10 but the lacking of customization and picture quality lacking

Phone is good but would never buy a phone again from best buy... i highly recommend going through the manufacturer to purchase
