Not much change with the phone Other than the cameras and battery life

Okay model, needs more improvement here to be better and faster.

Bought the phone online as part of a upgrade. Best Buy for some reason sent me a demagnetized SIM card. Well that sim became tied to my account as the primary sim and wouldn’t read in the phone. So my account was locked for 2weeks because the phone wouldn’t activate and had a pending order because it waited for activation. Best Buy couldn’t help me out. They basically said oh well. Took Verizon 2weeks to fix Best Buy’s mistake

Ok ok was sos I wait 3 hours for buying 1000 phone

I was not thrilled when I received the 11 plus max. Excited about the camera but was disappointed when it was overheating after a few min. Don’t know who to reach out too due to pandemic.

I was a Samsung user. After trying this new iphone, I felt like going through a bad downgrade. A Samsung 9 is better than this iphone 11 Pro Max. It is not user friendly at all. Camera isn't as good as it was advertised.

I give it one star because I didn’t keep it!! I took it to the Panama city store within an hour of receiving it! I cancelled the transaction and have been trying to resolve this since! But I’ve had no luck. In fact bestbuy didn’t show cancellation when I called corporate. By receiving this review I think it’s still not resolved! And Verizon is asking for payment on the service I never initiated! So maybe this will help!

I phones are going downhill, it does a simple one ring for no reason whenever it wants to, sometimes it rings to let you know you have a text and sometimes it doesn’t, very dissatisfied for the money

I got a new phone because my old one broke I prefer the fingerprint especially now w masks I have to take my mask off when I wanna get into my phone, the manual password takes a while to get to, it seems slow when I text never getting the right letters. I don’t understand why they switched the Home Screen where u have to swipe from the corners. Just makes it take longer to get to it. The battery life is absolutely terrible.

It’s the same as the 10max pro and nothing about it changed until the update. Wait on the 12 and don’t waste your money.

when I picked up the phone, I didn't realize that was a wrong color that mistake was made by me.but I didn't leave and tried to return it.then something happed.i didn't know what wrong with their system at independence Missouri. I've been waited an hour to get their result.i thought the phone was completely returned but finally my credit card got 3 times charges.that's awesome.still try to find solutions lol

This item was stolen using my Verizon account. Your employee was either in on stealing it or did not verify ID or pin on our Verizon account. They stole two phones that were charged to my Verizon account. You should check the employee from a Maryland store that approved this transaction. Verizon did a great job tracking down what happened. What are you going to do about this?

This phone has a lot of glitches, feels like maybe this was a beta tester.

INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES-COULD not get the phone properly activated-returned-they never took it off my veriszon bill..i soeant over 7 and half hours in the store in augusta-brittany and michelle DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! now i have over 4 hours w verizon trying to get them to take off the installment billing DO NOT BOTHER BUYING A CELL PHONE AT THIS STORE!!!!!!

Never ever buy a phone from Best Buy. Picked up the phone Sunday evening and the phone wouldn’t charge. Was at the store next morning as their first customer and Beat But wouldn’t exchange it and wanted me to go through Apple Care. Never ever buy a phone from this company. Trust me there were 4 people behind me and all said the same thing.

You let someone use my account who was not authorized! I have been dealing with Verizon trying to fix a problem you allowed to happen. When someone purchases an item that cost this much, some identification should be required! Example: scan in your driver’s license!
