    I loved this phone! It was bigger and better but now I’ve upgraded to the 12 pro max and it seems like my 11 has slowed down for some reason

    Previously, I had a iPhone 7 Plus and wanted to upgrade, but did not need to. It is a good phone, but it freezes on me multiple times of the day. It also does not like doing multiple things at once. Take for instance when I have my phone connect to Apple car play and using WAYS I can only have 25 - 30 minute phone calls. A lot of the time it refuses to maintain a connection after that and I have to call them back after it hangs up. If it stays on for longer then WAYS stops working and turns itself off. This sucks for me because I’m always on the road. It also likes to disconnect from Bluetooth while I’m in the car (While not plugged into anything) during a call and I have to either try to connect it back to my car or restart my phone. Really that’s all I’ve really had to deal with since I purchased the phone. When it works properly it’s a great phone, but that is rare.

    It freezes up on the screen and I’ve never had that issue before, but I’ve never bought a phone the same month it came out. Also, the volume is not very high either. My 8 plus was much higher volume. When I put someone on speaker it is harder to heard them. I would only recommend this to a friend once these items have been upgraded and fixed.

    Glitches!!! There so so many problems! I can’t stand this phone! Wish I never bought it!!!
