Not good. Defective product. Returned already replace for a new one

I had a iPhone 7+ which worked well for three years they didn’t want a trade in so purchased a iPhone max cost me a lot said I had 14 days to try it out, for my use of iPhone my older iPhone was fine so I returned it at a cost of 45$ or close, after I got home I played a couple games until my wife got home I told her that I was just going to use my older phone she said “go get the new one you deserve it” so I went back and asked if they still had my returned phone said it was gone I purchased another and asked if they could give me anything for my old phone I just wanted to get a case protection they said yes 180 something like that took my phone and said only if it turns on I wasn’t worried as I used it 1 hour earlier but all the sudden after they took off my protection case? It did not turn on???? I brought it home and found the left side of phone was open I new it would be very hard to explain so I didn’t don’t like to blame someone for something I can’t prove! So I ate the loss but it was very weird that we at the store used it to get my new one going but 10 minutes later it would not turn on?????????

Way over priced and playing catch up to samsung. Apple marketing is huge but their products are still over priced and geared towards kids still.

This phone is listed tested in water fo so long Etc We’ll after 2 seconds in one inch of water in sink and now the ear pice speaker won’t work … meaning all calls have to be over speaker …… I’m very curious how we can be told things can do things only to find out not even close …. Have had an iPhone since 1st gen but thinking very seriously about tossing this phone in trash and making the switch

You sold this item to someone who stole my idenity now i am trying to find out who. I have notified the authoritys. Could you please tell me if the person purchased the item in person or was it on line and if it was online could you please let me know the address that it was sent to or a telephone number of someone at best buy i could talk to about my situation...thank you

Since the pro models have OLED screens, they have a phenomenon called PWM. You can research it. There is a population of users that suffer from nasty headaches after using these even after a short duration. No only iPhones though. Exchanged it for an iPhine 11 and never looked back.

Before upgrading to this phone, my phone worked perfectly fine. Great reception! Fast loading of websites! Then I got this expensive phone... dropped calls left and right! We page doesn’t load, hotspot can’t connect!! I don’t know but maybe wait till they fix all the bugs...

the phone adjust the volume constantly on its own and apple did diagnostic test and still the problem persist. will never recommend or purchase and i-phone again

I did open today my package but when I activated my this phone then I hv problem with speaker ,may be they did send to me damage phone
