The ph is fine. My experience at BB was terrible. I was misled by the associate in my purchase as to the promotion on the ph. After doing the BU , activating the phone , giving it my wife as a gift ,and her using it for several days, I was informed by AT&T that I didn’t qualify. I wd hv needed to change my entire plan to qualify. BB made no effort with me to find a fair resolution. This was a gift and taking it away from my wife was not an option. The promise going in was clearly not BB’s commitment coming out. Know your plan, do not accept their offer to do your own activation relative to any promotion and don’t leave eith the phone until they have completed everything on the business side of the transaction

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, this is my first time ordering a phone through Best Buy so I'm unsure if this is how they make business. I'm aware that the phone I ordered is no longer being manufactured. They sent me a "Like New" conditioned phone, without me being told. The box looked taped up with scotch tape. The frame around the phone had tiny scratches. One of the scratches were deep enough to get my fingernail caught in it. So I decided to look past the imperfections. The phone was supposed to be carrier locked but the problems I had activating it, could say otherwise.

Unless you really focus on the camera, you are not really missing much on this yearly upgrade, this iteration does not envy that much from the previous XS model! unless you are upgrading from an iphone 7 or less you are good!!

Bought the phone out of pocket, didnt realize the lens is broken until i got home, had to file a claim with insurance since best buy and apple did not want to help.

Ok Not bad of a phone but they all do the same...
