I'm having extreme lens flare issues and any little light situation, I can't get this resolved. Previously, I had a iPhone 7 Plus and wanted to upgrade, but did not need to. It is a good phone, but it freezes on me multiple times of the day. It also does not like doing multiple things at once. Take for instance when I have my phone connect to Apple car play and using WAYS I can only have 25 - 30 minute phone calls. A lot of the time it refuses to maintain a connection after that and I have to call them back after it hangs up. If it stays on for longer then WAYS stops working and turns itself off. This sucks for me because I’m always on the road. It also likes to disconnect from Bluetooth while I’m in the car (While not plugged into anything) during a call and I have to either try to connect it back to my car or restart my phone. Really that’s all I’ve really had to deal with since I purchased the phone. When it works properly it’s a great phone, but that is rare.

It freezes up on the screen and I’ve never had that issue before, but I’ve never bought a phone the same month it came out. Also, the volume is not very high either. My 8 plus was much higher volume. When I put someone on speaker it is harder to heard them. I would only recommend this to a friend once these items have been upgraded and fixed.

I don’t know if this phone is worth it yet. It’s ridiculously expensive, but the bigger screen and processing speed are nice. I only got it because my old phone was way out of date. I wouldn’t jump from the 10 to this phone, but would if I was on the 6.

My iPhone 11 Max Plus gets hot to the touch very quickly and the battery drains faster than my iPhone 7 Plus. I have tried restoring to factory settings but it didn’t help the issues. It is also much heavier than my iPhone 7 Plus.

There really isn’t much of between the x All I can say is the camera is really good but not worth the price

The use of the phone camera is ridiculous, if its not broke dont fix it apple. They added so many more was to confuse someone that just wants to take a picture with the flash on without having to press 6 Different options before it finally does what its supposed to. Even then it still ends up doing what it wants not what the user wants

Not the best phone for the money but the best iphone. Works as it should.

I wanted this phone based on reviews and the fact that I needed to upgrade so I could gift my iPhone 8+ to my son. When I got the phone it had an AT&T chip to activate upon arrival. After several attempts, I had to get a new chip from AT&T. Also, when I got the 4M subscription for Apple Music it only gave me a free 1M trial.

May be a great product. I was not given an overview of the product or a comparison of others. I was told by the seller that she didn't have time for that. I was desperate for a new phone. Takes a lot of getting used to.

Need to take this in to be looked at by the geek squad. Some of the settings are not functioning properly. Don't want to hit the quality hard, as I may have just received a defective product.

It took a while but I got the phone I wanted. I ordered online. I’m glad I was able to get it quickly. I upgraded because I thought the camera would be amazing but it isn’t. It’s great in perfect light sorry Apple all cameras are great in perfect light.

If you have a XS Max then there is no real reason to upgrade unless you simply like having the latest. The cameras are ok but other than that there is nothing special about this phone.

I would not upgrade from the XS Max. This phone is such an incremental upgrade and all their efforts were put on the iOS 13 . Which is amazing. But the camera upgrade; no human can even tell

To use the features of the cameras you must first study the options, everything else is the same. Way to over priced considering it’s the 7 the 8 etc with a bit larger screen which in this case only makes it harder to hold in 1 band

I was so excited to get the new phone, I don’t think it’s worth the money. Had a really hard time getting things transferred over. I think it’s more hype than quality

Wife and I both purchased this model just different colors. No complaints yet. Other than the price.

Only had it for a week and it’s already went into a hibernation mode where I had to take time and gas out of my way to get it fixed
