    I bought this as an open box that was resealed. What I didn’t know is that the Woman they owned it had profuse perfume embedded in the silicone. I am highly allergic and wasn’t paying a restocking fee to return it. Best Buy needs to be more careful. The product was damaged. I will not return to this location. Too many issues from start to finish with my order. I ordered another case on amazon. Buyer beware.

    If I could give this case no stars I would gave zero..wanted a slimmer case was coming from otterboxs but worst mistake I dropped from 4ft and landed on its side thought I was fine but the entire back of my 11 pro max completely shattered what a great Apple case for a Apple phone

    Don’t be stupid like me and walk into the store and buy a iPhone 11 Pro case then realize later on that you just have a iPhone 11... I should’ve read the box. Oh well, (shrug) Best Buy still my favorite store in America. If I had a million dollars, I’d shop at Best Buy all the time.
