However, it seems they still may need to work on fixing things as the particular unit I have does the connect/disconnect thing.

Good case-gets dirty and rips easily.

I dropped it once and it ripped. But overall a good case and it gives you great battery life. But for the price it should be more durable.

I had Mophie brand in the past and liked that design better. Also paid about $25 more for this one. I can't see what justifies the price difference. But overall I really like the product,

After using the case for 3-4 days I noticed that my battery health went down to 89%. There needs to be an off button.

Between streaming music and checking emails, the battery on my phone is at 50% after 4 hours. This case keeps me from having to charge my device for the day.

At first the case didn't charge it at all, but after it kicked in it wouldn't stop charging it. This could be an issue with my phone being that it is an iPhone 11 pro.

Don’t know how it came off as I wasn’t being harsh with it, but overall works exactly how I want it to.
