I was not impressed. For the cost of this item I expected a better quality product. Upon full charge of this device it will only charge your phone up to 75%. At which point you will have to charge the case with the phone attached. It doesn’t cut off until it’s dead. I feel you are better off buying a portable charging bank that costs less than half of the cost of this product and have the capability to charge up to 4x or more than one device depending on the charging bank’s size. If you just want a case cover then it’s ok for that. I ran to the store to get my money back.

Bought this with pretty high expectations considering the price for just a battery case but it’s been a let down. You really can’t keep this on your phone at all times unless you need it as there is no way to turn it off & on, once the case drops to 30% battery it can’t charge my phone quick enough & my phone will keep losing battery. It’s also super difficult to get on & off, at this point I’m worried I might crack my phone. & if you’re keeping it only for emergencies I still wouldn’t recommend it because even if you give it a full charge & haven’t used it, it’ll be dead by the next day.. Really disappointed in Apple with this.. Would not recommend, go to Amazon.

Way too expensive for a IPhone battery case. Best Buy Asking $100 open box or $129.00 brand new. Battery charger doesn’t even stay charged at 100% too long or even half the day. Nice concept but not worth the price. Also case leaves marks, scratches and fingerprints on the case looks very worn in a short period of time. And Best Buy or Apple store will NOT offer an extended warranty or insurance for the Battery case so if it goes out it’s on you!

Pretty expensive for the quality. Still charges just fine but it is all torn up and ripped. Cheaply made.

I thought of giving up the form factor and having a bulky mobile for decent battery life. But, this is way thicker and heavier than I anticipated and comes with way less battery. I believe this is not at all worth the price and I would not recommend this product.

The battery did not charge. Ive had this case before and it worked properly. Maybe just a lemon.

I bought the Apple smart battery case, for the iPhone 11, in January of 2020. Ive used it full time, literally 24/7 for 3 years and 7 months to date. I use it all day long doing research, investigations, buisness, music, answer technical questions about problems with iPhones, MAC’s, Windows systems, memory, et At night i listen to audio books to fall asleep to annd i wake up to it still playing. At night before i go to sleep i plug power into the case to charge back up. Ive never once run out of battery power and still have some left when i start charging it at night. Ive taken the case off only to clean it and the phone. I have dropped my phone about 5 times since i bought the smart case and the phone was not dammaged AT ALL and always was 100% protected by the case. And the case took the inpact and didn’t have any problems either. I now need to replace the smart case and i will buy the same one. I highly recommend, and have many times, this awesome smart battery case for battery power all day and amazing iphone protection.

It’s great when it works. The warranty in it is decent but broke on me couple times

I love all apple products but this case if you drop it on hard ground it will peel the case

Okay let me begin, I purchase this product living 30 min away from Best Buy, I come and I receive this box that was already open, I didn’t try it to see if it worked or not cause it was for a gift / present, The very next day I get a message saying the case isn’t working. I had to go pick it up and asked for a replacement. The lady that was in front didn’t know what she was doing. Laughing giggling with the employees, she goes off looking for the case for 5 min and comes back Laughing chatting to just tell me we don’t have anymore in stock while I saw there was plenty online in store, another guy comes which she was chatting with and he goes and check, what do you know less than a min later he gots the case in his hand. Disappointed Best Buy employ not taking there job seriously.

It’s ok but doesn’t give you the option to turn on and off

I was hoping for at 48 hours of battery life. Nope

At first the charging case worked great but after about 6 months the case wouldn’t hold a charge. After that the port to plug in the charging cable broke

I called the store before I ordered online for curbside pickup to inquire if the battery case would fit my iPhone 10 . I was given incorrect information bc the case didn’t fit and now I have to return it . K was very disappointed bc this was a surprise birthday gift to my husband . I was so disappointed when he opened his gift and put his iPhone in the case and the case was too big !!!

Does not charge on wireless charger. For the money I hoped it would work better.

Do not buy this case it tears or rips easily I have dropped my keys several times and I have cuts and scrapes on the case the more disappointing factor is that I have a brand new iPhone 11 that I purchased with the case and my battery health is at 80% and it’s only been five months I feel like using this case has damaged my phone

Too hard to take off and put on causing major wear and tear on this case. Never shop in the store on 45th and 5th. Nakea the manager is the most unprofessional excuse of an employee I’ve ever encountered.

Just stopped taking a charge and no longer connects to phone. Poor quality for long term use. Too expensive for 3 months use.

Mine doesn’t stay charged good. I’m not sure if my is a defected case or what. I will be returning it as soon as Best Buy opens back up and just getting my money back.
