Just like the Apple silicone case they get really dirty and are a hassle to clean. I dropped it once and it ripped. But overall a good case and it gives you great battery life. But for the price it should be more durable.

Function great as an add-on battery but other accessories like the Apple Camera Connection Kit or Apple SD Card Reader do not work in passthrough mode - you need to remove the case to use them.

Performance is excellent. I'm not a fan of the shape. I had Mophie brand in the past and liked that design better. Also paid about $25 more for this one. I can't see what justifies the price difference. But overall I really like the product,

great for extra battery life but drains the health of your battery. After using the case for 3-4 days I noticed that my battery health went down to 89%. There needs to be an off button.

If you have an iPhone, you need a battery case. Between streaming music and checking emails, the battery on my phone is at 50% after 4 hours. This case keeps me from having to charge my device for the day.

After the first day, I noticed the charger wouldn't stop charging. At first the case didn't charge it at all, but after it kicked in it wouldn't stop charging it. This could be an issue with my phone being that it is an iPhone 11 pro.

Ehh it’s ok ! Keepers battery charged but it is always charging once I put my phone in it ! Don’t like that part that there is not a button on it to turn on only when u need it

I love this product it came in handy when I was out and about taking care of business. I wish they made this for more phones because I'm pretty sure everyone can use one. Thank you guys for such a wonderful product.

An amazing deal for $50, it’s a little hard to take out the case but once it’s in you can completely forget about it and not worry about your battery if it was ever an issue

The case is great, the only problem I’ve had is that a tiny piece chipped off the second day I had it. Don’t know how it came off as I wasn’t being harsh with it, but overall works exactly how I want it to.

Our granddaughter loves it. It replaced a defective one that we had ordered from another vendor. We should have come here to Best Buy. Quick shipping and packaand safely.

I enjoyed it while it lasted, it just started to lose its usage about last month, 04/30/2021 and I bought a whole year ago! I loved this thing! I still have it actually!

The item was great because I ordered it due tother friends having the item. Actually this was the wrong item for my iPhone, and Apple doesn't make them anymore.

Was a gift to someone, I found it pricey and clunky. Hope it holds a charge for a long time and is worth the high price paid for it.

Only down side I see with this case is size and quality. Over time some parts of the rubber starts to come off and this thing is huge. Other than that it's perfect.
