It’s great when it works. The warranty in it is decent but broke on me couple times

I love all apple products but this case if you drop it on hard ground it will peel the case

I wanted to reorder and the price was different it was more

Okay let me begin, I purchase this product living 30 min away from Best Buy, I come and I receive this box that was already open, I didn’t try it to see if it worked or not cause it was for a gift / present, The very next day I get a message saying the case isn’t working. I had to go pick it up and asked for a replacement. The lady that was in front didn’t know what she was doing. Laughing giggling with the employees, she goes off looking for the case for 5 min and comes back Laughing chatting to just tell me we don’t have anymore in stock while I saw there was plenty online in store, another guy comes which she was chatting with and he goes and check, what do you know less than a min later he gots the case in his hand. Disappointed Best Buy employ not taking there job seriously.

It’s ok but doesn’t give you the option to turn on and off

I was hoping for at 48 hours of battery life. Nope

At first the charging case worked great but after about 6 months the case wouldn’t hold a charge. After that the port to plug in the charging cable broke

I called the store before I ordered online for curbside pickup to inquire if the battery case would fit my iPhone 10 . I was given incorrect information bc the case didn’t fit and now I have to return it . K was very disappointed bc this was a surprise birthday gift to my husband . I was so disappointed when he opened his gift and put his iPhone in the case and the case was too big !!!

Does not charge on wireless charger. For the money I hoped it would work better.

Do not buy this case it tears or rips easily I have dropped my keys several times and I have cuts and scrapes on the case the more disappointing factor is that I have a brand new iPhone 11 that I purchased with the case and my battery health is at 80% and it’s only been five months I feel like using this case has damaged my phone

Too hard to take off and put on causing major wear and tear on this case. Never shop in the store on 45th and 5th. Nakea the manager is the most unprofessional excuse of an employee I’ve ever encountered.

Just stopped taking a charge and no longer connects to phone. Poor quality for long term use. Too expensive for 3 months use.

Mine doesn’t stay charged good. I’m not sure if my is a defected case or what. I will be returning it as soon as Best Buy opens back up and just getting my money back.

This brand new case did not work after initially removing it from the factory package and charging for 8 hours. We returned it to BestBuy.

Didn’t charge like it said. And Apple will not replace it under the one year warranty

Wouldn’t hold charge returned it 3 days later very unhappy with product

Apple said it’s doesn’t work right and it’s 600 day’s out of warranty
