Finally did an upgrade from my iPhone 8 Plus and I couldn’t be happier. It took me a day or two to get used to not having a home button, but now I can’t imagine having a home button! The camera is great and takes amazing pictures. If you’re thinking about the IPhone 12, all I can say is GO FOR IT! You won’t be sorry.

Phone is easy to use, light to carry around and small enough to stick in in a pocket.

nice size phone - just upgraded from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 12. Really like the 5G - it's fast. Love my green phone. Seamless transition from the old phone to the new one thanks to the Best Buy guy, Mike, that assisted me with my purchase. So far so good. Seems to be a great phone and hope to use it for a good long time. Good service from previous phones and expect no less from this one.

I love my new iPhone 12. It's definitely an upgrade from my iPhone XR. The 12 is the perfect size to drop in my pocket. I don't really need more memory so this is perfect for me. The camera is much improved from the XR. Much better low light photos. I am very happy with my purchase from Best Buy, The associate that helped me with my purchase was great.

iPhone 12 is fast, efficient. 5G is good. Photos are better than iPhone 11.

Screen quality is very good, great battery life, and very fast

Love it. Better in virtually every way than the iPhone 8 that it replaced. Batter battery life, better screen, better camera, better sound quality, better performance. I live in an area with some 5G and it connects to 5G and indicates 5G service at the top of the screen (where it normally says LTE). It even works as a... wait for it... telephone!

Perfect size, great battery life and still a great camera

The iphone 12 was a wonderful purchase for my daughter. She loves the phone. Very easy to use. The camera is awesome it takes the best photos. Has a ton of storage space and alot of great apps come with the iphone. Great color options and the setup and transfer of the old phine was very easy thanks to Best buy staff.

It was disappointing that the iPhone 12 does not include the AC charger, though you can use an older version. The phone is a little pricey and I have not had it long enough to tell if photos and the battery life will be the significant improvement I am hoping for. The store buying experience was a little disconcerting. The store was relatively packed and one Customer had his masked pulled down, standing close to a staff member for a long period of time. Another Custome walking around with no mask.

Bought this iPhone as a replacement for my dad. Of course he wanted the latest iPhone so he got this one. Its easier to grip than his last phone and much bigger too. He likes this one because its easier to hold and takes better pictures.

I pick the green iPhone 12 for myself. I believe it is the first time Apple produce this color. I like it very much. I don't see the cycling any more when I watch a movie or youTube. It is much faster than my iPhone X. It is worth to trade in.

Phone did what was expected. My daughter loved it. She’s able to play her games, FaceTime, watch videos and talk on the phone (sometimes). The sales rep was knowledgeable and very helpful when trying to decide the best option.

I like the phone very much; although, I do miss the button. I would recommend iPhone 12: Screen, battery, photos, apps rate well. I went from an iPhone 8+ to the 6.1” 12 —it was time. I didn’t want to go to the 13, because I didn’t want more bells and whistles than the 12 offered.

I upgraded from the iPhone 7 and everything is night & day better on my new phone. The camera is fantastic & I have been getting 5G most of the time.
