I brought my I-phone 11 which I had just purchased in March of 2020 for repair of the screen and volume problem. I was told that my basic Apple Warranty would not cover the related work because the phone was damaged. The repairs were going to cost over $400 which set things up on the negative side so that I might as well just get a new phone. I needed a working phone quickly, so I did that. I was very disappointed that your company and Apple couldn't have worked to get me a discount on my new phone. After I got through my purchase, I left your store paying well over $800 for the new phone. I have bought a Smart TV and computers from Best Buy, but you could have at least done a little more for me with price of the new phone because of the circumstances.

I hate it. 5G sucks! Definitely apple made it low quality. Performs like iphone5. The only good thing about it was the higher pixels camera, but all in all it’s sucks.

I'm a bit unhappy with this phone. I have been back once and need to go again as it stops downloading emails suddenly . It also stopped access to weather app all of a sudden. I have to keep changing passwords to get emails. It's too difficult to exit games offered in addition to Wordscapes. Kind of wish I had my old phone.

Went from an Android to Apple, Yes there is a big learning curve. Android is so much user friendly, I use my calendar to track Drs, social and other appointments by color coding, with Apple you don't have that option and all you get with Apple are dots.

My notifications have no sound. My texting doesn't notify me, I've gone all over the internet, including Apple, and it seems to be common on The Apple 12.

I am having a lot of trouble with this phone, it doesn’t always connect and other issues. I plan on coming I for some help.

The phone is like having iphone 11 no difference..

I have had my iphone 12 since october of 2021. Its now august of 2022 and my phone has gone to crap. Not even a year old, it doesnt hold a charge, ive been charging it 2x a day just to ensure i have enough battery power for basic functions like calls and texts, and listening to music. When i use it for longer than ten minutes, the phone gets hot to the touch like the battery is melting as im holding it. Accompanying this issue is the sudden inability to load websites on safari or boot up apps such as the myverizon app, my email, etc. you pay almost 1000 dollars or sometimes more for a phone that only works sometimes, its really a shame. Tomorrow im making the switch to oneplus and not looking back. Ive never had an issue with apple so this is disappointing. Other phones ive had never behaved this way (motorola, samsung, oneplus) i really did like the convenience of apple products too but theyve lost me as a customer.
