I love this iPhone, it’s a lot different from my X. The camera and video quality is a lot better. None of my images or videos are distorted or blurry. The feel reminds me of the iPhone 4, very durable!

Sadly I needed to buy a new phone due to planned obsolescence. It seems to work pretty much like my old one but cost twice as much, although the charge does last longer. It didn’t come with a charger so I bought a new one, but I realize that the old one works just as well. Now I need to get my phone and laptop synced again. See ya soon!

I bought this iPhone 12 just before Apple's event of iPhone 13 so I thought last chance to get good deal of former model but it is not unfortunately. iPhone 13 is better than 12 and twice storage, better trade-in deal. So I should not buy this model but this is my own fault. iPhone 12 is very good product itself.

I upgraded from the seven. The upgrades are fantastic the new screen is wonderful. It is everything I could want it to be. I love iPhones and this is exactly what I wanted it to be.

Needed a new phone since battery on iPhone 6 was dying. Nice phone, swiping takes some getting used to. Battery holds a charge longer than old phone. These phones keep getting more expensive and Apple always changes the way something works with the new phones vs older ones, like headphones and now different charger.

The phone is great. My son is very happy with it however bestbuy didn't tell me any instructions when I picked up the phone and I used the old sim card and caused problems so make sure you use the new 5g sim card

It is a high quality phone with no issues. I decided not to go with the pro version since I'm not big in photography or shooting videos. With 5G compatibility it is a great phone for years to come.

We purchased this phone for our daughter as she is about to start middle school and will be spending more time with after school activities, friends, and the occasional sleep-over. Is this phone overkill for such purposes? Perhaps, but why not have a reliable phone with all the latest gadgetry and tech. I have never been a fan of Apple products and hopefully never will be, but the majority of my daughter's friends are already "sheeples" in training so why not give her a platform she is already familiar with. I have not played around with the phone, but I am sure it will not disappoint. It also comes in some snazzy colors which I am sure is quite important for a tween.

After breaking my phone and having to hurry to make a purchase I was pleasantly surprised with my new phone. Great camera and everything you would expect from an iPhone.

This was a replacement for an XR and was totally worth it. The phone charges faster and holds the charge longer and my issue with texts randomly not going through stopped.

Overall it’s a good phone I guess. Can’t help but feel ripped off due to the lack of new features. I had an IPhone X and this just feels cheaper in my hand. The charger is confusing but i figured it out. Camera is def better but I don’t really care about that. Overall pretty much the same phone.

I upgraded to the i phone 12 from an i phone 6. The size makes it easier to type as it is larger. This phone is still new to me, but I am happy so far. I love the red color.

This phone was for my daughter. Her iPhone 6s Plus died and we needed a phone quickly. Being that it was so close to Christmas, the selection was dwindling. They happened to have the iPhone 12 in blue (her favorite color), so we picked up that and some AirPods. For someone who said she would never upgrade her phone, I must say she loves it! Especially the AirPods! We didn’t even consider the iPhone 13 because of the price. This phone has everything you need. No need to feel inadequate about not getting the very latest! Thanks Best Buy for coming through!

This is a great phone. We used this phone for our Christmas card photo because it took better pics than our Nikon DSLR camera.

Purchased for my wife as her 7plus was just no longer reliable and she says it works very well for what she needs. Much faster than her old iPhone..

Excellent product. Outstanding service by the gal who helped me! I’m using the phone so much that I find the need to recharge at mid-day to keep up. Camera is wonderful.

Oh I love this color and my case looks great. This phone is awesome! Love the double tap feature to screenshot. And my movies move so smooth on it and it loads decently.

Love it! Took a little getting used to but really like the changes from my iphone 6! Haven't used the camera yet, but looking forward to trying it out.

I replaced my apple 6 with the 12. Works very much the same as my 6 but without the home button and headphone jack. Fast downloads and good Bluetooth range.
