This is the first time to own a white iPhone but I also bought a black case to cover it. Why? I don't know. I like the face ID which takes all sides of my face this time. I can feel it is much fast to turn on the phone this time. It is really amazing.

Great phone Love the color I also got it set up pretty fast. The gentleman that helped me was awesome he know exactly what he was doing, he was also very patient with me as I was trying to figure things out with the phone. Will come back to Best Buy for my next purchase.

Ordered this iPhone as a birthday present for my granddaughter. I was able to order and pay for the phone and my granddaughter was able to pick up the phone at her area store. Phone was ready as promised and the purchase experience was a very good one.

Excellent phone. It's larger than the iPhone7 that I've been using for years, so it feels a little unwieldy. Since the screen is larger, its legibility is better, and my accuracy in typing is better. Spellcheck remains an intrusion on occasion.

This product along with an identical phone was a gift from our son for our anniversary! We were surprised and very excited to receive this complete with glass shields and covers. Our previous phones were old and the screens were very cracked. We also noticed some issues in their performance over the years. These new phones have forced us to get to know the Apple way of life, which we are finding is quite nice. We love our new phones but love our son more!

Upgraded from my previous iPhone X, and while I was initially hesitant to upgrade since that was the best iPhone I had up until this point, I do not regret having the new iPhone 12 at all. It essentially feels the same, but the boost in performance is very welcoming.

I bought this 12 and got rid of my i phone 8. I had gotten the i phone 8 plus because I thought I would need it to be able to read the screen but I was wrong. I can read the 12 as easy as I could the 8. The 8 was a really big phone and hard to carry.

We recently bought new iPhones for myself and my wife. I got the IPhone 12 and she got the IPhone 12 Pro. She loves pictures and I love functionality, so it was a win win for us both. Both are terrific and we both love the different colors!

High quality Apple product. Transitioning from and IPhone 7 and getting used to the new features. Like the smaller feel of the phone but larger viewing area vs, the iPhone 7.

Little hesitant at first but so far have not had any issues in regards to what everyone is saying about the text messages. Camera quality is amazing over my iPhone X I had. Price was good and Beat Buy gave me a great price for my trade in.

Another great APPLE product. Size is just right, not to huge. Great display and great value for the money. I had to update it to iOS 16 but that was no problem.

The Apple iphone 12 5G 64GB is another excellent product from Apple. This model has the intermediate size of the series, and it was exactly what I was looking for. My previous iPhone was bigger, but too bulky to carry in my pocket.

Bought for mother. Replaced her iPhone 8 Plus. She feels she is updated and hip now. Feels faster and smoother than her old phone, not stressed by latest iOS 14. Great phone.

This IPhone 12 is an excellent upgrade from our previous IPhone. The red color makes it stand out from other phones. The staff at Best Buy makes buying a cell phone a pleasurable experience. They are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Upgraded from the 8 and couldn’t be happier with the new phone. It was a smooth transfer of all my existing data. Getting used to the lack of a home button was a little difficult but it was not a steep learning curve.

I absolutely love this IPhone 12 it’s my first time ever owning one. It’s take Excellent pictures and the details are amazing. Just getting use to all that it had to offer. But really happy with this phone.

Longtime Android user, switching from an LG G6. The iPhone 12 is great, feels good in the hand. Extremely similar feel to my old G6. The phone is super fast. Extremely happy with the purchase and so far, the switch to iOS.

An amazing phone. I upgraded from the 7 and a lot of great features. I personally wait a few generations before buying a new iPhone and this works a whole better. Also with the new camera features for those vloggers and Instagram people. The new software they used for night photos is pretty good. It won’t really replace a DSLR but works well if you’re in a pinch

so far its been good. Switched from an android phone and there is some getting use to certain things but all in all not bad. battery life is awesome and i like the size.

Excellent phone. The fastest I've ever used. The display refresh rate needs work though. 120 Hz on my Samsung before this and on my iPad pro is sorely missed.
