Great phone originally, then it started to randomly shutdown Found out it’s a “glitch” that happens with this model. To get phone to power back on quickly push and release volume up, volume down then hold power button 30 seconds. Phone will work again. Easy enough but sucks that I have to continue to do so.

I couldnt believe it. So we were on our way out and i just couldnt believe it. So i asked a different guy. He said it wasnt true, we ended up getting a phone and it didnt workhad to take it back and finally bought a good one
