Very nice. Looks very sturdy. Like clear case.....

I was disappointed by the side button of the clear case to easily access my iPhone 12Pro as I liked its MagSafe feature.

It’s fine, but has not held up to small drops. I need a replacement already

One drop at 12” and the ends cracked. Saved the phone but only had case on for 2 days and I have to get a new one.

This case is very nice but not very durable for drops

Case broke after using for 2 months. It’s an Apple case so I wouldn’t expect that but it seems like everything I have bought from Best Buy turns out to be the “worst buy”. Deals of the day are really not—just older products they are trying to shed from inventory and products that are not on sale just seem to stop functioning sooner than they should. There return policy is ridiculous but it works great for them since the products I have purchased have lasted longer than the 15day return window. Beats headphones- had 2 different pairs that stopped working, luckily under manf warranty but that is a lot more time consuming than in person return. No more Best Buy for us….plenty of other great stores out there that actually utilize their customer service and make it a priority

Nice see thru case-very hard to hold and slippery-had to replace

Great case. Only thing is that white circle that's on the back. Idk how I feel about that.

Be warned. This case is extremely slippery. Dropped my new iPhone 12 twice on carpet (thankfully soft landing). I just returned it and got a Spigen case. I cannot recommend purchasing this to protect your investment. Very disappointed in this being an Apple product.

Gets the job done, but it doesn't cover the bottom of the phone and mine scraped

I’m pretty good with my phone and I don’t drop it often-never cracked a phone screen or a case. I had a $10 case on my last phone for well over a year with no issues. I dropped this last week and the piece that going around the camera cracked. Now it gets caught on everything and drives me INSANE. Not worth $50.

For the price, it doesn't live up to the quality Apple name. The case immediately developed tiny hairline cracks near the bottom from just putting the phone in, and the buttons are extremely hard to press. There are much cheaper options out there that are easier to use and still keep the MagSafe compatibility.

Very disappointed considering is designed by apple for their phone, case is to hard that you need to press really hard to make the actual phone buttons to work (lock/unlock & volumen keys), also got cracked after a week of usage when removing the case to clean the phone.

Please don’t waste your money, it’s very cheap plastic and very slippery. If you drop it it more than likely will break your phone. I don’t want anyone to waste their money like I did.
