Too fragile for the price, looks nice but after the first use start cracking

Very disappointed considering is designed by apple for their phone, case is to hard that you need to press really hard to make the actual phone buttons to work (lock/unlock & volumen keys), also got cracked after a week of usage when removing the case to clean the phone.

Please don’t waste your money, it’s very cheap plastic and very slippery. If you drop it it more than likely will break your phone. I don’t want anyone to waste their money like I did.

Nice looking case, but does not protect the phone. Dropped my phone recently (not a big drop at all), and the corner of the front screen cracked. Called Apple, and they informed me there is no coverage for this type of incident. Despite their claims the case offers a high level of protection.

The case looked fine and was easy enough to install, but like so many other users, I had cracks all around the edges and corners in just a few weeks. Additionally, I found the buttons too stiff to easily use. I was much happier after switching to a similar 3rd party case.

Corners give out pretty easily, already cracked…..

I really want to like this case but I have had less expensive cases that were far more durable. One drop on the ground and I get a small corner worth of shattered plastic. Not exactly thrilled especially considered how much it cost

The magnet works well but the overall product is poor. The phone has never been dropped but the case cracked in 3 places...

I thought this case wouldn't yellow or get ugly quickly because of the price and brand, however, I was mistaken. Find a cheaper option. Not worth the money.

This apple phone case is poor quality and didn’t last even 8 months. I’ve purchased cheat ones from Amazon that are better quality than this

My phone broke because the bottom of the case doesn’t cover the lower part of the phone and is exposed plus is very expensive case.

Seemed like a good solid clear case, but extremely slippery.

Love the look of this case with blue 12Pro in it, but have broken two within two weeks of purchase. Going back to the rubber texture case.

This case started cracking within two months, right next to the camera lenses. I will be returning it in hopes of a warranty that will replace it!

Way too smooth. I purchased 4 of these for my family and everyone asked for a new case. We went with the otter box MagSafe cases.

Looks nice and that’s about it. Buttons are very to click making the case very frustrating to use. Returned within a couple days.

I love the look and feel of the case but it cracked after the first drop. It was incredibly disappointing.

Not a fan of the magnetic white ring. Why they couldn't make it clear is beyond me. Will be returning.
