If you accidentally drop your phone with this case it will sure scuff up.

Really hard to take on and off the phone. Also, slippery when using magsafe. Returned.

This is a really nice clear case it’s Apple product so it won’t disappoint well not completely. Ok for the plus, it’s crystal clear, MagSafe, camera opening has a raised lip, also the screen offers a lip even with a glass screen protector. Ok now the bad, the case is a little slick, fingerprint magnet but wipes off easily, buttons are hard to press compared to the silicone case, the bottom of the case being open, it’s a little finicky on a standard wireless charger.

Nice design. Works good with MagSafe charging system.

I really like the feel of this case. I also like that the bottom of the case is open, making it easier to swipe up, a feature that I look for when buying a case. Feels substantial without the bulk.

Buttons are hard to press. I bought a clear Spigen one that fits and feels much better. I was hoping the Magsafe circle being on the case would allow me to use with my magnetic car holder but it's not strong enough. Buying this is an investment in Magsafe addons being introduced. You don't need it for wireless charging on a Qi charger. Even Belkin hasn't released their Magsafe car holder yet. I don't think this is going to be a win for Apple.

I can’t believe Apple made this case. It’s slippery, it’s prone to cracking, and looks awful. I ended up returning mine as it made my 12 Pro MORE slippery than simply holding the phone bare.

I've always stayed away from plastic cases because they tend to get greasy and gross faster than leather or silicone. But since Apple designed this one I thought that maybe they had used all that R&D money to make a superior design. Unfortunately this was not the case (pardon the pun). This case gets super greasy and slippery and I have to clean it more than once a day. Since it's clear, absent is the microfiber lining found in other Apple cases and the volume and sleep buttons are very stiff. Dust gets in between the case and the phone so it always looks dirty. I dropped my phone for the first time today and the case got deformed and is now opaque at the impact site. I guess Apple wins this time because they sold two cases for one iPhone since I'll be buying the leather version.

This review is not about the product, because I received an empty box. Not only is it an inconvenience not to have receive what I ordered, but the return/refund process is an inconvenience as well. Perhaps the Lafayette, Louisiana store should consider a more effective process of quality control before delivery of products.

I’ve always owned apple cases going back to the 5, and this clear plastic case is not worth the money. I am on my 3rd case from Apple because the plastic keeps cracking or becomes warped after only a month of light use. I wish I purchased the leather one instead.

Garbage case for protection! Looks good and is very slim but after dropping my phone from 2 feet at most, there is now a big crack down the front of the screen. Offers zero protection.
