Apple has a great Phone, But their software(They put what ever they want too and claim it fit's all)Not!!! Best Buy was very helpful when I talk to a nice lady that answered the only question about ordering and activation.

Very happy with the smaller size phone. Everything has been working great, not having issues others have stated. Love this phone 10/10

I bought this phone because I was tired of the larger phone size. I can easily take it in a run, hike, etc and still get great photos. I’m really pleased with it.

Good size and clarity camera is clear and good resolution memory is larger then past equipment used

Great phone. Makes me realize how much I miss the old iPhone 5. 5G isn’t really anything to switch for though. It’s no faster than the last Gs.

Phone works well. It was an upgrade from a 5 for me so there is a learning curve. Would’ve been nice if there was a written tip list/chest sheet for some basic functions.

Very nice phone, I upgraded it from my old iPhone X as I had a free upgrade and have been very happy with it thus far.

iPhone 12 was a major upgrade. Best Buy provided great customer service and a positive transaction experience!

Love my new phone, switch over was fairly quick and easy and all my data was intact. Overall a good experience. Still learning all the new features.

Love this iPhone! Fits perfectly in my pocket. Great for smaller hands. Face recognition is spotty though.

I purchased this phone thinking that downsizing from my 7plus would be good. Wrong! It’s similar to an iPhone 5 in size and very small after using a big phone. It’s like Apple went from xxl to xs in phone sizes. I’d prefer a nice medium please. Also, all 3 of my iPhones have been red. This phone is NOT red. When held side by side with an 11 or my 7 plus, it looks more like a vibrant orange. If you want a much smaller phone in orange then this is for you. I returned the 12 for an 11.

Another great product from Apple. So happy to see that they are bringing back the smaller size phones again.

Love the phone, BUT, the SIM card is horrible! I only get two bars whereas on my iPHONE 6, I got full bars everywhere.

The phone has been great. I’ve had it for over a year and I don’t have any complaints.
