Battery life is not very good but I love the size of the mini

As described. Can't go wrong with Apple or Best Buy.

Not a great phone. People have difficulty hearing me when I use the speakerphone. Hate that there’s no home button and the swipe is slow. Additionally, the phone freezes. I probably should’ve returned the first day. Stuck with it now :(.

Love the size and handling of the phone, wish the battery life was better.

Don’t understand it but my kids forced me into it.. very hard for a senior to maneuver around transfer SUCKED lost ALL contacts & pictures. Very disappointing..

Struggling with phone promotion disputes. What was advertised on Best Buy website was not acknowledged by Verizon in term of phone purchasing plan

I hate this phone . It WiFi calling and network connectivity is meh won’t stay on network at office and causes me to miss calls went back to my way to big note 20 that has no issues like this with same SIM card. The red on the sides is perfect but the back is more pink not happy with this either . Only reason it got a one start is the size is great for the power of this phone

Great phone but for $500 after trade-in, it does not come with a charger, which seems rather cheesy. It does include a cable with the lighting connector on one end, but the other is a USB-C that does't fit any of my charging wall adapters. So if you want to use the phone for its intended purpose, you have to buy an accessory that should have been included.

AWFUL Battery Life = badddd always had spotty service on multiple devices (Apple swapped devices when early issues appeared) Always got hot when using in high volume If you're doing high volume of work on the phone, it's awful on the hands

I am a long time iPhone user starting with the 3, 4S, 5C (green) and 8S. I have wished for a smaller phone since the 4S was the perfect size to hold etc. The 5SE was too small as were the small iPhones recently. FINALLY they brought back a smaller format but the screen is all visible and I love the square design which is like the 4S.........This phone is amazingly fast, comfortable to hold and I was worried I would miss the home button, I don't. Within 30 seconds I was used to the swipe screen. I have never had Face ID and I love it. So far no 4K pics or videos but can't wait for them. I have a clear Tech21 case which I have also had for my past iPhones. Protects the 12 well. Highly recommend this. I also went for 128GB which I have never been able to do in the past. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

The iPhone is terrific, but I'm really upset with BestBuy's requirement to scan my thumbprint when trading in an old phone for credit. The technician blamed Florida's law for requiring the thumbprint scan. However, I also recently traded in another phone for credit at my local Verizon store, also in Florida, and there was no such requirement. So, please explain to me why BB required me to provide my driver's license (which makes sense), but they still needed my thumbprint? Obviously, they can check on Verizon's computers to validate my active MEID. I'm very uncomfortable with BB having my thumbprint on file and I'd like to get it removed.

It does not ring every time 75% of the time it doesn’t ring 25% it does ring so most of the time it’s not ringing and I’m not getting my phone calls it’s not even saying I missed calls

They are making the phones less useful and more difficult with standard things. Trying to get too fancy and the ease of use goes away.

Terrible. I have to turn it off and on constantly for it to even have any service. I should’ve saved my money. My android that was slow was better than this. People tell me they called or text me and I don’t get it. Or I get the text 14 hours later. When I swipe to open my screens or answer the phone, it doesn’t open.

Not happy with iPhone. Phone has times when you can’t receive calls. when you can’t make calls. Phone screen will say call failed. When this happenes you have to go into the settings mode turn on airplane mode wait a second and then turn it off and then the phone can make and receive calls again.

Over heats don’t recommend the iPhone 12 mini.........

Phone size too small for reading articles or typing email. Unfortunately have gotten used to larger screen and had to return.
