Wrong Charge

Verizon and BestBuy need to communicate. Not fair to have fight 2 fronts at the same time. I get charged by my career and Bestbuy for 2 months and counting. Fantastic phone, but the other side of this is be mindful as the 2 parties charging you issue.

iPhone 12 mini is trash

Do yourself a favor and buy a pixel phone. Android Auto is far superior compared to Apple Car Play. Apple Car Play is tough to navigate and is not intuitive compared to Android Auto. Also, Siri is useless and can't answer any questions. For the cost, this phone does not do anything better than the $500 pixel 5 or any pixel phone. Apple just rips off Android features and keeps presenting them like it's their own. I would do anything to get rid of this phone.

NO more APPLE PRODUCTS FOR ME!

I have always had Apple phones and IPad....I had a iphone 7s--kept dropping calls....tried repeatedly, to get help thru Apple, and also, finallly replaced it, with an Iphone12 mini...WHAT A MISTAKE....same issue, no resolution. I will be getting rid of both products, and going with a different company, entirely.

Garbage

Camera went bad in less then 60 days which apple replaced. Very glitchy and will lose signal often Verizon customer service was terrible as well as 0 help Don’t get this model as been one problem after another
