I give this phone 3 stars because the battery life is not the greatest. I’ve upgrade to every iPhone and this one, is my least favorite because of the battery life. I’m currently thinking of switching back to the 11 pro.

New Apple is great but the camera could still be better!

Returned this phone due to glitches replaced it with the pro max which worked fine now today there was a software up date which may have corrected some of the glitches but not sure .

I’m returning this case. It looks and feels great however it is so slick that you don’t feel like you have control when holding your phone. Plus the bottom has no protection with this case.

Your hours are difficult for those who are on limited time and are not able to take care of business that is not for a pick up.....and trying to call???? Yeah no one ever answers

honestly, it's no different than the iphone 11 pro. I wish i didn't upgrade and shelled out a $1000.. I should have put that money into bitcoin and tripled my $

Faster but I like my 6s phone better. This phone toggles between 5g and wifi which has thrown me out of my screen

Still learning how to use all the new features, especially the camera. I absolutely love face recognition - rarely have to enter my code to unlock the phone. Screen is great - wonderful clarity and colors. Good size to fit in my pocket without feeling like I'm trying to carry a tablet around.

5g doesn't work great and it doesn't jump to 4 g when not working. Annoying

Color options are nice, but nothing so spectacular about the phone itself. I’m already having issues with the screen freezing. I’m an Apple lover, but I know the phones aren’t worth the price. I love how Apple products sync and there are some great functions, but I can’t say it’s worth $1200.

All my contacts did not transfer, The face scan does not work with a mask on the new way to sign on.

Nothing wrong wit the phone but I to returned it back to get iPhone 12 pro max

One of the most frustrating phone purchases I’ve had in quite sometime. I’m shocked Apple would release a product with soooo many issues. I transferred my sim and It took HOURS for everything to finally load, then once it l did the phone kept crashing. Not one app would stay open, the phone kept rebooting, just a messsss. My previous phone (8 PLUS) has dropped in water, has cracked on the front and back, it has pieces missing from the back, YET.....It’s still more functional than the 12 SMH.

They misspelled my name in the email info so I missed out on 4 free months of Apple Music and Apple news.

Personally not worth the money. The screen dims in 78 Sunny degree weather. I’m not a hater buts it the truth. You can look up Overheating, or dimming on twitter and other communities to see the same complaint. Imagine not being able to see your display all summer long when your outside. You’ve been warned.

didn't like phone color was good hard to use my fingers are stiff

I purchased this phone on launch day. At the time, the camera and display were top of the line. I am typically rough on my phones as they tend to travel with me through many outdoor activities and honestly this might have been the first phone that survived the way I handle electronics since the Blackberry Curve. This generation and forward are very durable compared to older models. But, this phone is past it’s prime. It was fantastic in 2020 when it launched, and although I loved it dearly for several years, it’s already antiquated and I would not recommend purchasing this phone anymore. The 13’s and 14’s have better cameras, better screens, better battery life and more importantly better processors to make them perform better and last longer. 2 years ago this would have easily gotten 5 stars from me, but today I debated on giving it 3.
