I went from an iPhone XS Max to this and it feels like a huge improvement. From the wide-angle lens to the OLED screen. I even feel the form factor looks better. Can't wait for more mag-safe accessories come out to use them!

It’s an iPhone and Apple always makes a great product. I wish the battery would last longer or charge faster. Great product looks great in graphite. The white is more like a pearl. Great phone!

Iphone 12 pro works well so far. I prefer the button and I'm adapting to the innovation. The charge block is interesting. I would prefer if apple allowed transfer of some items. I do not like that part of the the full package plus the higher price phone doesn't come with ear phones of any type!

LOve my new i-phone. The sales person was excellent and worked to resolve issues geting my information to port over to the new phone. She was very patient with me.

The facial recognition is not working well at all. I have reset it 5 times and it is very frustration. My Iphone XS never had this problem. My mom got the same phone that I got at the same time and no issues. No sure what that is about
