Love the Pro Apple could not have done any better, won't have to upgrade for a while right size and weight and the camera is amazing,

I upgraded from an iPhone X and it’s worked well so far. The only really difference is the camera and 5G capability, although it does use up the battery a bit. I keep the speed at LTE so it lasts longer. The silver option is more of a white, but it still looks really nice. Best Buy staff were clear when explaining my plan options and quickly set it up for me. I was in/out in under an hour. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and service I received in store.

Greatest phone I have ever owned! It has fabulous picture quality and is very fast. I only charge it every three days!

I love this phone! I am an older woman and I find this phone to be so much easier to use than my former phone. Love the camera! Incredible how it can take photos in very low light. Also, I didn’t think I would use the lidar feature yet I downloaded an app that allows me to map out my rooms and then I can get an overhead view, or views from any angle. I can zoom in and see details like the distressing in my cabinets. Having just built a house I will find this useful for picking out furniture or getting help from a designer. Love the blue on the pro too! As for Best Buy, I received my 12 pro in less than a week which made me very happy because Verizon was stating that the blue pro was on backorder and would be over a month before it was even shipped. Great experience!

I love my new iPhone! It was quite a jump going from a 6 to a 12. I haven’t had it for very long so I’m still learning about the features. However, it’s still an iPhone so it is easy to use. The battery life is amazing and I love the camera in particular. This is a great phone!

I am very pleased with my new I-Phone, Best Buy was great on setting it up and transferring all my information from my old phone. One of the main reasons I bought it was the reviews on the longer battery life, and it hasn't disappointed. In addition, the camera is phenomenal! I thought the phone was very pricey, but I am hoping it will last for several years.

Upgraded from the X. Seems to be faster and more efficient. Color wasn’t exactly what i expected thought it would be a lighter blue, wanted the gold but it was out of stock. I would recommend it for an upgrade. So far so good. Not a real big difference from the X but looking forward to seeing what the camera can do. As a side note I ordered this for curbside pick up and after waiting for 20 minutes someone came out to tell me that I had to go inside to pick up. Phones are not eligible to pick up at curb I guess. I did not pick up from my regular local store.

I like the phone. It definitely had some issues at first with connecting to the internet and there were two full days I couldn’t browse the internet or use any apps over wifi or cellular data. Those issues seem to be fixed now. The camera is nice, especially since I had an iPhone 7 before this- big improvement. I also liked that the setup was super easy- I had my old iPhone and this one next to eachother and it transferred everything over seamlessly so my new phone looked like my old one as far as having all my apps in the same spot and all my photos and texts etc

it took forever to be shipped by mail due to covid and Christmas but it arrived in perfect shape. the gold looks like more of a milk color; it's very beautiful. I love my new phone, i upgraded from the X, and its slightly larger, and the camera is greatly improved. i recommend if you have a X or older.

Definitely an upgrade design from the last model. Sticking back to the flat bezel is very nostalgic for me. Lidar sensor is great. Bigger screen is noticeable. How ever with 5G, battery life is dramatically decreased. Still good buy tho.

Replaced I phone 6 because of battery issues. Only upgrade when necessary. Quite an improvement in speed, screen clarity, camera, and sound over previous phone. Would highly recommend. Looks at max but seemed too large as I keep phone on my side in pouch. Miss the home button.
