I ordered Iphone 12Pro Max online at this location for curb side pickup. Mr. Colson (store Manager)and a store associate named Mr. Joseph were wonderful. They provided the an exceptional customer service. I had spent several hours to locate this particular color iPhone and had ordered this phone in their store. My husband and I had driven more than an hour to just pick up that phone. Initially at curb side we were told it’s not ready and they were backed up with too many orders but Mr. Colson and Mr. Joseph were helpful and made sure I received my phone. They made my holiday merrier. I am very thankful for their help in resolving an issue and keeping their customer very happy. Thanks

LOVE the camera on this phone! I opted to spend a little more because I only get a new phone every 6-7 years. I truly wanted the better camera and this phone fits the bill.

I upgraded from an iPhone 8 and am very happy. The new phone transferred all my data with no issues. Runs apps very well and battery life is 3x’s what I was getting with my 8.

Great phone, camera is amazing. The Night time camera is down right sweet, set the shutter to 30 seconds and picture looks like it's taken during the day.. 128gb is plenty of space.

Apple makes a great phone. I kept my last phone for 5 years. I plan to do the same with this one. It takes great pictures and I haven’t even tapped into a fraction of its capabilities.

This phone can be consider a personal computer. I love the camera and the quality of the picture. The color is awesome as well, just buy a case and your good to go.

Listen, it does what it's supposed to do. Nothing special. I always upgrade to the newest iPhone because I feel like I'm locked in to Apple products. You don't have to buy a new charging brick if you don't want to. You're old charging cords and bricks will work just fine. The old ones charge a little slower than the new one but at least you can still use them. Kind of stupid it doesn't come with a brick or headphones though. Seriously Apple? But to be honest with you, they camera isn't half as good as the Galaxy S20. My fiancé has the S20 and we zoomed in as far as we cool on the same stationary item and she was able to zoom in MUCH more than I could with this phone. She has ultra slow motion video as well and this doesn't. Moral of the story, if you're getting a new phone for a better camera and videos, get the Galaxy S20. I'm going to keep this 12 Pro for now but the next upgrade may very well be a Galaxy.

Love the phone, it's super fast and takes great pictures. So far I have not had any issues with it like I have with other phones in the past so happy with the purchase!!

My first iPhone, bought as a gift to myself. I must say that the camera and speaker are leaps and bounds better than any Android I've ever owned. Incredible piece of hardware!

The phone is so clear and fast! The battery life is better than my old iPhone X. I don’t have to charge it as frequent as before. The screen resolution is so much better.
