I love my phone! I have yet had any problems. Sometimes it starts over heating when charging and using the phone but nothing that is out of the ordinary from other phones.

Camera and screen definition are incredible. Battery life not so much.

Bought this as an upgrade for my wife and she loves it. We have been using the IPhone line since they first came out and we live the interface and the camera options.

Jenevieve was very helpful and explained everything well to a 1st time smartphone purchaser. Did have a computer glitch where we had to reenter a lot of info.

I was opposed to I products at first. Going from a Note to an iPhone was challenging at first but I am getting the hang of it and find that apps link up much easier on an iPhone.

I could not receive this from AT&T for another month, Best Buy had it in stock and pick up was available the next day! Great customer service and the phone works fantastic!

CJ ( Best Buy employee) made sure everything was set up correctly and handled my trade in . I am very happy with my new phone and will continue to buy Apple products.

A bit more phone then I am used to but tech support is great! I have used it and they are so understanding when dealing with us tech dummies!

The staff worked hard to get me my phone in the color I wanted before anybody else could. I was a little sad that you don't have any accessories for my new phone.

This is the only brand of phone I will buy. Started with the 3rd gen and purchase new every other year. Best phone on the market.

My daughter’s old phone died so she needed a replacement so we went to Best Buy. The wait time was short and the customer service was excellent. My daughter loves her new phone but misses the “button” on her old iPhone. I would give the phone 5 stars but she said the front camera on her old phone was better.

Previously had the iphone X and decided to upgrade. Originally wanted the pacific blue color, but it was out of stock and the black is just as sleek looking.

It’s basically the same phone every year with little upgrades to the camera and faster processing speed. If have a 10 or later, don’t bother unless your phone is crap.

No complaints so far! There was initially a keyboard lag but that was fixed with the first update my phone went through :) also the gold is just fabulous

A great new iPhone release if you liked the body style of the 4. I love the quick charge the USB-C provides, but don’t forget you have to buy a new block!

I went from a s10 to this iPhone. It’s a big change. I stopped being a apple fanboy with the iPhone XR but I had to come back for this one.

I really enjoy shopping at Best Buy, friendly staff and store is well organized. The girl that helped us with our phone purchase was excellent.

It’s an Apple iPhone nothing more to say. It’s a shade of blue which is my favorite color.

So far loving my new iPhone 12 Pro. Taking a bit to get use to some of the features of the camera (I'm not very tech savvy) but I'm really liking it
