Phone is working but line is not.

The main reason I gave it a 2 star is because I had issues with the line that ported to AT&T along with this phone. To get the $100 discount phone price I transferred a line from T-Mobile to AT&T. After more than a week, the line is still not fully working (cannot receive calls or text messages). I checked the status at att.com/portal. It always stated that the transfer was confirmed. I had similar issues with another phone line which I bought from BestBuy a few days before. I had no such issues for the lines which I bought phones from AT&T stores. I need to think twice before I buy another phone from BestBuy given all these troubles. It takes a few hours to resolve any issue with AT&T (which also sucks).
