Phone resolution is very good. Have not dropped the phone so have not tested the ceramic shield cover which is suppose to protect the telephone better if one drops it. Overall happy with the telephone. A bit pricey but paying in installments helps take the sting out of the price a bit.

Took a bit longer to receive the product because it is such high demand. Though when it did arrive they were very helpful in setting it up and trading in my old phone.

Still some glitches to work out on this platform but works great overall. First one wouldn’t hold a charge very long at all and was all messed up. Best Buy replaced it right away with no issues and new one works great.

Although I am still getting to know how to use it (never had one before), it is a lot smarter than I am and I am amazed at all the things that it can do.

Nice upgrade from the iPhone XR, but the battery life is horrible. Definitely not worth the $999 price tag, but a solidly built apple product nonetheless. If you have an iPhone X or 11, you should probably wait til they fix all the issues of this model before upgrading.

I own many Apple products.. phones, watches, and AirPods. I am never disappointed. With this product specifically, the only thing I wish Apple would do is make a camera with better quality.. aside from that, this phone is a great purchase.

Phone is solid. Square edges visibly appealing, make it slightly harder to hold. One hand use for my giant hands is challenging (I’m 6’5, with frying pan sized hands). Battery life seems ok this far, not any better than my XS. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

I love it and it work so great, Im tell other about the service at best buy. It was do easy to buy my new phone there at best buy and I would tell a friend.

I love my new iPhone! Had the 7plus for 6 years and the upgrade is awesome. Service was also great- they even stayed late to finish set up.
